Dionne Warwick cancels upcoming show in Chicago area in wake of ‘medical incident’

Dionne Warwick has canceled an upcoming concert in the Chicago area later this month as her team says she is dealing with health issues following a “medical incident.”

The East Orange, New Jersey resident, 82, recounted TMZ that she had problems with one of her legs on Thursday.

The I Say a Little Prayer singer told the outlet that she is recovering from the illness but needs to take time to get back to full health.

That eliminates the possibility of playing a show on June 24 at the Rivers Casino Des Plaines in Des Plaines, Illinois, as she will take time to heal in the wake of the health issue.

The venue posted a notice of the canceled show on his website Thursday and said: ‘We regret to inform you that Dionne Warwick’s June 24, 2023 performance at Rivers Casino Des Plaines has been canceled due to a medical incident.
