Dillon Danis has finally received the paperwork stating that Logan Paul’s fiancée Nina Agdal is suing him ahead of their fight, despite his best efforts to prevent it.
Agdal filed a lawsuit earlier this month against Danis, who will meet Paul in the ring on October 14, after he continually used the Danish model as a way to target his opponent.
Danis and Paul have exchanged bitter blows on social media, but the former took the rivalry to a shocking level last month when he shared an X-rated video of his rival’s fiancée discussing her sexual desires online.
The shocking personal attacks prompted Agdal to file a lawsuit against Danis on Wednesday, claiming her fiancé’s opponent had posted “despicable” things about her more than 250 times since the fight was announced.
Danis had been dodging a process server for over a week, but was finally served Monday morning outside his apartment building in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Danis shared a shocking video online in which Agdal explicitly talked about her need for sex
In a video obtained by TMZa process server waits outside the building for Danis as the hunter approaches with two friends.
“I have a document for you, Mr. Danis,” the server says as he tries to hand the envelope to Danis.
However, the 30-year-old bizarrely denies he is Mr Danis, replying: ‘I’m not.’
Danis refuses to accept the envelope and brushes the man off as he enters the building.
The process server is told he cannot enter the building and instead places the envelope on the floor.
Danis creatively avoided process servers for days and even pretended he was in North Korea.
But now that he has finally served his time, Danis has 21 days under New Jersey law to answer the complaint.
Agdal claims in the lawsuit that she suffered humiliation, emotional distress and damage to her reputation.
Paul proposed to Agdal in July during the couple’s romantic getaway to Lake Como
The former Victoria’s Secret model claimed that an August 11 post shared by Danis specifically violated federal and state law.
The post, she claims, contained a sexually explicit image of her during a “romantic encounter” she had with someone more than a decade ago.
“Danis posted the photo – completely uncensored – from his X account (Twitter), without plaintiff’s consent,” Agdal wrote in the lawsuit. “Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photo to maximize views.”
The 31-year-old claimed Danis only agreed to delete the post after the organizers of his fight with Paul, Misfits Boxing, threatened to cancel the showdown unless he deleted it.
Danis responded to the lawsuit via X, telling his followers that he couldn’t comment much at this time.
Agdal also said other messages have upset her, including a video of her from more than five years ago, he tweeted on August 28, in which she spoke of her “desire for intimacy during a period of celibacy.”
Agdal, who previously had a one-year relationship with Oscar-winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio, says in the now-viral clip, “By the way, I’m very proud of myself because this is the longest time I’ve gone without sex since I started.”
‘Obviously it’s driving me crazy. I’m having a hard time, I need a penis inside me as soon as possible.’

Danis even claims to have explicit photos of the Swimsuit Illustrated cover star
She ends the video by saying, “So if any of you know a good d*** that doesn’t have STDs on it. I’ll take it here.’
Agdal claims the video was saved to her Snapchat archive, “suggesting that Danis had hacked (her) personal account or obtained the private video from someone who had done so.”
The suit also states that although Agdal “recorded that video herself, she never sent that private video recording to anyone.”
Deen is seeking unspecified damages, but not less than $150,000 per violation of the federal law that prohibits the sharing of intimate images.
She also filed for a restraining order, which was granted temporarily with an injunction also issued against Danis from posting content about her that was “obtained without consent” or “sexually explicit photos” of her.
Danis has been unapologetic about his trolling, claiming it helps promote the October 14 fight.
Despite Danis’ attacks, Paul emphasized last month that his relationship with Agdal has only become stronger.
Despite Danis’ attacks, Paul insisted his relationship with Agdal is only stronger
“I love this girl so much, (the relationship) is so much stronger,” Paul said on his Impaulsive podcast.
“Nothing will come between us, not some fake internet troll. His life has turned into a fighter.
“He attacks an uninvolved third party, a woman. That’s all he has and I understand: all’s fair in love and war. The amount of dirt I have on him in my phone, but do I want to go there?’
The pair will settle their differences next month when they take to the ring alongside KSI and Tommy Fury in a co-main event in Manchester.
