Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ son Justin Dior Combs is reportedly blacklisted for renting party houses in Los Angeles.
Justin, 30, has a habit of renting out mansions in Southern California and leaving them in a mess at the end of his stay, a real estate agent who specializes in mansions has claimed New York Post on Wednesday.
“The company I work with rented houses to Justin,” said a source described as an “LA-based facilitator” for rich and famous clients. “He’d say, ‘I’ve got 20 people visiting.’ But there would be two hundred of them and they would destroy the house.”
“It’s gotten to the point where no one wants to rent to him anymore,” they continued, adding that Justin reportedly “called” them asking to rent a house.
“I said no,” the source claimed.
The report on the fallout from Justin’s allegedly wild partying comes after his rap mogul father, 55, was denied bail for a third time ahead of his sex trafficking trial.
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ son, Justin Dior Combs, is reportedly blacklisted from renting party houses in Los Angeles after “destroying” multiple properties, according to the New York Post
One real estate agent claimed that Justin’s raucous parties would bring in many more guests than initially determined; Justin (L) is pictured with (L–R) father Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and brothers Christian Combs and Quincy Taylor Brown in 2020 in Beverly Hills
The publication made it clear that there is no evidence of disturbing behavior that allegedly occurred at his father’s riotous “freak off” parties.
However, Justin seems to be painting a picture of himself as someone who knows how to have fun, as his Instagram account is peppered with photos and videos of him taking shots at DeLeón tequila.
Diddy and drinks giant Diageo had formed a joint venture to buy the tequila brand in 2013, but in May last year the rapper sued Diageo for allegedly failing to properly promote the tequila label, which he attributed to racism.
In January this year, Diageo settled the lawsuit with Combs and took full ownership of DeLeón tequila.
Justin’s posts on the booze appear to predate the legal action between his father and the liquor conglomerate.
In a statement to the Post, Justin’s attorney, Jeffrey Lichtman, clarified that “Justin has not been charged with a crime for cause or charged civilly in connection with these allegations — he has done nothing wrong.”
The lawsuit against Justin’s father accuses Diddy of flying sex workers from around the world to his drug-fueled orgies, which can last for days.
He allegedly arranged and directed the sex parties, masturbating during the performance, and provided women with drugs such as ecstasy, ketamine and BHB to keep them energetic, federal prosecutors said.
The source claimed that they personally rejected Justin after he allegedly vandalized party houses. His attorney said he did “nothing wrong” and noted that Justin has never been charged or criminally charged
Justin (who he saw with brother Christian Combs at his father’s bail hearing in New York in September) is also facing charges for allegedly failing to pay for a leased Bentley, according to InTouch. His lawyer said there was a misunderstanding after bills were sent to the wrong address
Although Justin’s parties were reportedly wild, there is no evidence that there was any of the sordid behavior his father Diddy is accused of at his “freak off” parties; pictured in 2022 in Las Vegas
The document added, “After the freak-offs, Combs and the victims were typically given IV fluids to recover from the physical exertion and drug use.”
Prosecutors said the music mogul’s employees secretly booked hotel rooms for the “freak offs,” while supplying them with baby oil, lube and extra bedding.
Authorities reportedly discovered more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lube in his homes during a search earlier this year.
Agents also discovered three AR-15 rifles with defaced serial numbers in his Miami bedroom closet, but the weapons were “broken down into parts, along with magazines loaded with ammunition.”
It comes after Combs was involved in the kidnapping at gunpoint of someone in 2011.
Prosecutors also alleged that Diddy would pay male sex workers hired for the parties but not female participants, whom he allegedly beat and threatened with financial ruin if they refused to participate in his seedy parties.
Diddy’s son Justin also has legal problems involving cars.
According to InTouchPorsche Leasing LTD filed suit against him for $190,000 after he allegedly failed to pay the bills for a Bentley he leased from the organization.
Lichtman described the lawsuit as the result of a mix-up, as the bills were allegedly sent to the wrong address and never reached Justin.
“The outstanding balance will be paid and the lawsuit will be dismissed,” Lichtman said.
Although a source says the case could be dismissed within days, Porsche Leasing appears to be moving ahead for now and says the company has the right to seize the car.
