Diddy’s infamous freak-off tapes could be made public if rapper gets his way

Diddy is demanding that authorities hand over videos of his so-called ‘freak offs’, claiming they will prove him completely innocent.

In a letter to Judge Arun Subramanian on Tuesday, his lawyers asked the judge to let prosecutors produce the nine videos he allegedly participated in for them.

Prosecutors have described them as “elaborate and produced sex performances,” arranged and directed by Combs while he masturbated and recorded them often.

His lawyers say they clear him of any wrongdoing and that there was “private sexual activity” between himself and his then-partner Cassie Ventura.

Prosecutors refused to turn over the videos after Combs was indicted, and his attorneys were not shown the content until November and December.

The videos have been kept secret because Ventura’s attorney requested that they not be produced to protect her privacy, to which the government agreed.

Due to such restrictions, Diddy’s lawyer can only view them under the supervision of law enforcement authorities and is now asking for greater access.

It goes on to add Ventura, who is named in the indictment and court documents as Victim 1, “not only consented, but enjoyed it immensely.”

His lawyers say the videos clear him of any wrongdoing and show “private sexual activity” between himself and his then-partner Cassie Ventura. The couple is seen here in 2018.

His lawyers say the videos clear him of any wrongdoing and “show private sexual activity between fully consenting adults in a long-term relationship.”

Their file states: ‘These videos show unequivocally that the suspect not only agreed to the charges, but also enjoyed himself immensely.

“The recordings also directly refute allegations that Mr. Combs kept these videos as “collateral.”

“These recordings were not on Mr. Combs’ devices and were not seized from his homes.

“On the contrary, Victim 1 kept these videos on her own device for years and provided them to the government herself.”

It reads: ‘There are no secret cameras, no orgies, no other celebrities involved, no underground tunnels, no minors and not even a hint of coercion or violence.’

His lawyers say the videos are undoubtedly essential to the core of the case against Diddy and are necessary in preparing their own defense.

They say Diddy will have to extract parts of the videos to create sample exhibits, stills and transcripts.

It adds that there is no good reason to prevent the production of the videos as there is no classified information or child pornography involved in this case.

In what appears to be the first insight into the content of the videos, they add that the clips are largely inaudible.

Another alleged victim claimed that Sean Combs raped and drugged her nearly 25 years ago when she was a teenager, when she encountered the rapper in a Manhattan residential building where Diddy’s girlfriend lived.

“On some videos, the lighting is also very poor and the images are quite dark and grainy,” he continues.

His lawyers added: “Any honest viewer of the videos will quickly conclude that the prosecution of Mr. Combs is both sexist and puritanical.

“It is sexist because the government’s theory perpetuates stereotypes of female victimhood and lack of agency.

“The prosecution reflects a paternalistic view that the government is here to protect women, who cannot be trusted to make their own decisions about sex, and who are unable to consent to sex that prosecutors say is outside the scope of the law.” norm’ falls.’

Combs, 55, remains locked up in New York’s infamous Metropolitan Detention Center after being arrested last September.

Prosecutors have said he was openly involved in the “freak offs” allegedly involving baby oil and drug use.

Diddy’s associates allegedly plied the victims with drugs to keep them compliant and made threats against anyone who refused to cooperate.

Diddy is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn ahead of his trial on May 5

He has denied guilty pleas that he coerced and abused women for years, aided by colleagues and employees, and silenced victims through blackmail and violence, including kidnapping, arson and physical abuse.

Earlier this week, a woman came forward claiming she was drugged and raped by Combs after being lured into his car as a teenage babysitter.

The lawsuit is part of more than two dozen civil lawsuits filed against Combs in New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

Combs was denied bail three times by two separate judges and will remain in jail until his criminal trial, which is scheduled for May 5. He faces life in prison if found guilty of extortion.
