Diddy’s ex Cassie Ventura ‘hurt’ at baby oil jokes and is taking a break after new lawsuit left her in tears
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura was disgusted by jokes and memes about the music mogul’s use of baby oil in the wake of his arrest, months after she accused him of abuse.
The R’n’B singer, 38, sent shockwaves around the world when she filed a lawsuit against Combs, 54, last November, accusing the rapper of subjecting her to physical and sexual abuse during their decade long-term relationship.
Now, months after the couple reached a settlement, the disgraced rapper has been indicted by New York prosecutors on charges including sex trafficking and racketeering.
Federal agents claimed they seized “1,000 bottles” of baby oil and lube from Combs’ homes in Miami and Los Angeles — believed to be used in his “Freak Offs” — as part of an investigation that quickly led to a flood of memes.
Cassie is reportedly ‘hurt’ by the jokes and is now trying to take a step back from the news surrounding her ex after it was revealed he will be hit with a new lawsuit filed by more than 100 alleged victims, one of whom is a child was. .

“She’s hurt that people are making jokes and memes about the baby oil because that’s what it could be used for,” an insider told DailyMail.com. “It’s not funny for her or for anyone who has gone through the same thing.”
Combs’ attorney Mark Agnifilo tried to explain the amounts of baby oil, claiming the jailed star was buying in bulk.
“I don’t think there were a thousand,” he told The New York Post. ‘I think it was a lot. I mean, there’s a Costco right down the street. I think Americans buy in bulk, as we know.
“And you know, these are consensual adults doing what consensual adults do. We can’t become so puritanical in this country as to think that sex is somehow a bad thing, because if it were, there wouldn’t be any people left.”
Cassie, who dated the Bad Boy Records founder from 2007 to 2018, is also “sickened” by the latest allegations that allege he sexually abused a nine-year-old child, among other things.
On Tuesday, Texas attorney Tony Buzbee announced he is representing 120 new victims who he says have legitimate cases against the rapper-turned-media mogul spanning a 25-year period.
“Cassie had heard murmurs about the class action lawsuit, but burst into tears when she was informed of the allegation about the child,” the source continued.
“She plans to take the time to stop receiving updates because it has made her sick, and she hopes everyone who was injured gets justice and peace of mind.”
The R’n’B singer, 38, filed a lawsuit against Combs, 54, last November, accusing the rapper of subjecting her to physical and sexual abuse.
The insider said the mother of two and her husband Alex Fine are now “doing everything they can to protect the peace of their children.”
In addition to the claims in her lawsuit about Combs’ behavior during their relationship, disturbing leaked surveillance camera footage also showed the rapper punching her in a hotel hallway in 2016.
But despite her lawsuit and the subsequent images that inspired other alleged victims to speak out, Cassie has chosen not to release a statement as she continues to cope with the pain of her experience.
“Cassie has not released a statement regarding Diddy’s arrest as she takes time to focus on her peace as the details of the case matter,” a source previously told DailyMail.com.
‘She is relieved that the matter has escalated, but she is not celebrating. She is angry that people didn’t listen to other alleged victims in the 1990s because she would have been spared.’
In a statement to DailyMail.com after the charges were revealed, Douglas Wigdor, an attorney for Cassie, said that “neither Ms. Ventura nor I have any comment.”
Officials made the indictment public late last month, accusing the producer of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution.
He is accused of arranging “Freak Offs,” described as “elaborate and produced sex performances,” arranged and directed by Combs while he masturbated and often recorded them.

His indictment stated that some “Freak Offs” would last days, requiring Combs and victims to be given IV fluids to recover from the exertion and drug use.
Combs pleaded not guilty during a bail hearing, with his legal team attempting to win his freedom by offering the court a $50 million bail package.
The package included putting up his $48 million Miami mansion and his mother’s $2 million apartment as collateral, but a judge rejected the proposal, citing the seriousness of the crimes Combs is accused of.
A list of Combs’ alleged accomplices will be released as part of the new lawsuit.
An attorney for Combs said Wednesday that “Combs emphatically and categorically denies any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.”
He continued: “He looks forward to proving his innocence and defending himself in court, where the truth will be determined on the basis of evidence, not speculation.”
