Diddy tapes spark ‘bidding war’ from stars over fears names will be released… claims Daniel Baldwin
Daniel Baldwin has claimed that celebrities are engaged in a ‘bidding war’ over alleged Diddy tapes amid fears their alleged participation in the rapper’s parties will be revealed.
During a performance at the PBD podcastBaldwin, 64, said the alleged images were sold directly to those who appeared on the tapes.
“He has videos of the parties,” he said. “What I’ve heard, I don’t know how much of it is in the mainstream media, I’m not following very closely,” he said.
“But what I’ve heard from friends who are lawyers, friends of mine who have represented me before, agents and so on, is that there’s a bidding war going on right now,” he claimed.
‘They drive that price up. Because if you want your client and your famous actor not to be involved, or the famous singer not to come out, this is the price.
‘And that they only sell to the individuals in it. This is what I heard. They sell those videos,” he said.

He theorized that a person who did appear in the videos would be afraid of the footage being released, stating that the potential participant “wouldn’t want that video to come out.”
Daniel said he had met Diddy before and described him as friendly and intelligent.
“I’ve met him before,” he said. ‘A very nice guy, very smart. Very businesslike. He is very successful. And I think there is a duality there.
‘There are the faces that showed up at the parties, or the event that went to the big party, and then there was the late evening crowd, when everyone started to go, and then the door was locked, and the last 40, 30 There were people… And I was never there,” he clarified.
Daniel was then asked if what happened at the feasts was openly discussed by those who attended the feasts, with others who were not present.
‘I don’t like to say things I know unless I see them… But has it been discussed? Were there descriptions of people I know who were there? Yes,’ he said.
Daniel added that what differentiated a Diddy party from a typical gathering was the way they ended.
“Does anyone ever come up to you at a certain time and say, ‘Okay, it’s time to go’?” They did that at those parties.
“At one point he shut it down, but not everyone left. So anyone who wasn’t super famous or “I’m with him” or whatever was left out of the house. You were gone.”

Daniel claimed that numerous cameras were installed throughout the party.
“But people I don’t think realize he had cameras everywhere without them knowing. And now he has all this footage, presumably this is what I was told.”

He was arrested in Manhattan in September and is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
It is alleged that the rapper would coerce and manipulate victims into participating in days-long sexual performances, which he called “freak offs.”
One of the most shocking claims is how federal agents seized a thousand bottles of baby oil and lube from his homes in Miami and Los Angeles during raids earlier this year – with baby oil quickly trending on X at the time.
Diddy’s associates allegedly gave the victims drugs to keep them compliant and made threats against anyone who refused to cooperate, in claims similar to those in a civil lawsuit filed by Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie last year.

In October, a witness who testified before the grand jury in Diddy’s trial claimed he had seen videos of major celebrities being “victimized” at the hip-hop mogul’s infamous “freak-off” parties.
Courtney Burgess testified before the grand jury about the tapes, which he said came from a flash drive kept by Diddy’s ex, Kim Porter.
The tapes allegedly show at least two male stars who were “underage” at the time.
It is unclear whether Burgess provided the videos to the grand jury, or whether he simply told the jury about them.
He joined NewsNation’s Banfield to describe some of what the footage shows, claiming that “all” of the stars depicted appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Burgess, who says he was friends with Diddy, claims they all became ‘victims’ too.
He did not name any of the celebrities allegedly featured in the videos.
Burgess claims the videos were captured by cameras in Diddy’s homes, which wasn’t always obvious to the people in the room.
He claims he got the flash drive containing the videos from a friend.
His friend got them from Porter, Burgess said.
It remains unclear whether he turned over the tapes to authorities.
Burgess says he was friends with the rapper for 35 years and once loved him like a brother.
Now he sees him as the devil.
‘I think he was ambitious at the time. Then from ambitious [he] started doing everything. And then [he] of doing something to not care about anyone – that he could beat,” Burgess told Banfield.
“And then he finally turned into Lucifer. And today I look at him – I know you all call him Diddy or Puffy – I call him Lucifer.”
