Diddy sex trafficking accuser Adria English files police report against star – after launching $50bn civil suit

A former porn star who accused Diddy of exploiting her for sex has filed a criminal complaint against him, a month after he filed a $50 billion civil lawsuit.

Adria English, stage name Omunique, claims he trafficked her to have sex with partygoers and threatened her with blackmail if she did not cooperate.

English alleged that the disgraced rapper, 54, “supplied” her with sex trafficking and conned her into having sex with Jacob Arabov, aka “Jacob the Jeweler.” She is suing the Bad Boy mogul and his alleged accomplices for $50 billion, according to the federal lawsuit obtained last month by DailyMail.com.

Now last week, English spoke to Miami Beach police and TMZ has repeated many of the same accusations against Diddy.

It was said there was “not enough evidence” to investigate human trafficking or other crimes, but that the report will now be shared with federal authorities conducting “parallel investigations.”

Adria’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell, told US Weekly: “Ms. English is very excited and cautiously optimistic about her path to justice, starting with the filing of her civil lawsuit on July 3, 2024 and now filing a criminal complaint with the Miami Beach Police Department.

“Ms. English hopes to file an additional criminal complaint in New York, but so far that has been blocked because New York requires that one be present in person to file a criminal complaint.”

“We look forward to pursuing justice as quickly as possible with the support of others interested in joining her in standing up to the injustices she and others have suffered at the hands of Mr. Combs,” the statement concluded.

DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Diddy for comment.

In her original lawsuit, English alleges that she worked at Diddy’s parties, drank alcohol laced with drugs such as ecstasy, and was asked to flirt with guests.

The lawsuit, filed in New York, alleges she forced him into “sexual intercourse” and was paid an additional $1,000 above the usual fee for working with parties.

Jacob and a woman named Tamiko Thomas — who is accused of facilitating the sex trafficking and Diddy’s entertainment company Bad Boy — are named as defendants in the lawsuit.

According to the lawsuit, the former porn star took a photo with Jacob after the alleged assault, after which Diddy congratulated her on having sex with him.

“Plaintiff was forced by Defendant Combs to consume large amounts of alcohol, allegedly laced with alcohol, before being forced to have sexual intercourse with Defendant Jacob,” the court document states.

She claimed she was later “passed off” to other guests at Diddy’s parties, who sexually assaulted her.

English named Thomas in the lawsuit and compared her to Ghislaine Maxwell and Diddy to Jeffrey Epstein.

“Defendants Thomas and Combs assigned Plaintiff to other Defendants, in addition to Defendant Jacob, referred to as Defendant Does, to sexually assault him as part of their ongoing corrupt sex trafficking organization,” the complaint states.

Without Suspect Thomas, a woman who uses her goodwill as a woman to gain the trust of another woman, and who acts as an avatar for Suspect Combs, Suspect Combs would not be able to run his corrupt sex trafficking organization.

She claims the rapper promised to further her career by helping her join a girl group so she could enter the music industry.

But English said he made strict demands and threatened to put her and her boyfriend on an industry-wide blacklist if they didn’t do what he said.

According to English, at the first Diddy party she attended in 2004, there was no obligation to engage in physical sexual contact and it seemed like “a legitimate job opportunity.”

But when she later visited his Hampton estate, she claimed she was taken into a room with “other sex trafficking victims” and given clothes to wear for the parties.

According to English, she was tasked with providing lap dances and sexually flirting with the guests.

She claims she worked at parties hosted by Diddy, where she drank alcohol laced with drugs such as ecstasy and was asked to flirt with guests.

“Despite being forced to drink large amounts of alcohol and use illegal narcotics, the encounters Plaintiff endured were so horrific that she still remembers them,” the lawsuit states.

‘Plaintiff acted properly in accordance with the expectations of Defendant Combs, was personally thanked by Defendant Combs for her compliance and was subsequently invited for future employment with the “White Parties”.’

According to English, the only way to escape was to return to California, which she did in 2009.

According to the indictment, she suffered emotional trauma, intimacy issues and painful memories as a result of the alleged sex trafficking.

“Being a victim of sex trafficking and abuse has caused plaintiff to experience anxiety and depression,” the court document said.

‘Around 2010, the plaintiff was admitted to hospital due to a mental illness, which was a direct cause of her human trafficking by the defendants.

‘In the years that followed, the claimant also struggled with alcohol and drug addiction as she tried to cope with the emotional trauma she had suffered as a result of the abuse and human trafficking.’

Combs’ attorney, Jonathan Davis, continues to maintain that the allegations are false.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it doesn’t change the fact that Mr. Combs never sexually abused or trafficked anyone,” Davis told DailyMail.com. “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason and without any evidence.

The defense added: “Fortunately, there is a fair and impartial judicial process to uncover the truth and Mr. Combs is confident that he will prevail in court over these and other unsubstantiated allegations.”

In February, music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed a lawsuit alleging that Diddy forced him to solicit prostitutes and pressured him to have sex with them.

Another of Diddy’s accusers was a woman who claimed the rap producer raped her 20 years ago, when she was 17.

Combs and his attorneys deny all allegations in the lawsuits.

The rapper is one of the most influential hip-hop producers and executives of the past thirty years.

In May, a video surfaced showing him brutally beating his ex Cassie Ventura.

The rapper apologized on Instagram, saying, “I hit rock bottom but I don’t make excuses. It’s so hard to look back on the darkest times of your life, sometimes you have to. I was fucked up.”

“I mean, I’ve hit rock bottom, but I’m not making excuses, my behavior in that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video, I’m disgusted by it.”

“I was disgusted when I did it, I’m disgusted now. I went to seek professional help, I went to therapy, I went to rehab,” he added.

“Had to ask God for his grace and mercy. I’m so sorry. But I’m determined to be a better person every day. I’m not asking for forgiveness, I’m truly sorry.”

Cassie sued Combs last year for rape and a string of other offenses. They settled out of court in November for an undisclosed amount.
