Diddy’s celebrity accomplices have quietly paid-off victims to avoid being named publicly, lawyer claims
Some celebrities at risk of being involved in the allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs have already reached settlements with victims in an effort to keep their names out of the spotlight, according to a lawyer handling the case.
Tony Buzbee told TMZ Major celebrities are grappling with concerns that they could soon face serious accusations themselves.
Diddy has been accused of a host of sex trafficking and racketeering crimes, with more than 120 victims having come forward.
But Buzbee said some celebrities were able to avoid public retaliation for being in the spotlight.

“Everyone is focused on what other celebrities were involved, who’s going to be mentioned, who’s going to be out. “I don’t expect that to happen this week,” he said.
“We want to make sure that if we name anyone other than Mr. Combs, we have done our homework because this will create a firestorm, and we understand that.
“If you were there in the room, participated, saw it happen and didn’t say anything or help cover it up, then in my eyes you have a problem.”
Buzbee vowed to “aggressively” pursue cases against any violator, saying the scope was broad.

“A lot of people saw this activity happening, a lot of people allowed it to continue, didn’t say anything, didn’t intervene… all of these individuals and entities have been exposed.”
Buzbee said he has sent demand letters to other celebrities and high-profile people in an effort to give them a chance to settle down quietly.
“In every single case, especially cases like this… because it’s in the best interest of the victim, we try to resolve these cases without going to trial, and we’ve already done that with a handful of individuals, many you’ve heard of before.’
Buzbee has previously spoken about the sheer volume of calls he and his team have received complaining against Diddy.
Of the 120 people he now represents, 25 claim they were minors at the time they were allegedly abused.

Diddy’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami were both raided in March 2024, months before he was ultimately arrested and charged.
Combs pleaded not guilty to the charges against him and was denied bail, despite his legal team’s request that he be released on $50 million and placed on electronic monitoring.
The artist is accused of using “power and prestige” to lure and intimidate women under the “pretext of a romantic relationship.”
After his arrest, all of Diddy’s celebrity friendships have come under scrutiny. Photos of his infamous parties have emerged, with guests and witnesses speaking out about the debauchery that often took place.
Buzbee previously said people would be “shocked” by the names he heard during his investigation.
“It’s already a long list, but because of the nature of this case, we’re going to make damn sure, damn sure, that we’re right before we do that.

Combs is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn awaiting trial after two of his bail requests were denied.
Erica Wolff, an attorney representing Combs, told Page Six: “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every baseless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus.
“That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors, as false and defamatory.
“He looks forward to proving his innocence and defending himself in court as claims are filed and served, where the truth will be determined on the basis of evidence, not speculation.”
Combs’ mother Janice Smalls Combs told DailyMail.com that she is “devastated and deeply saddened” by the allegations against Diddy.
“Witnessing what appears to be a public lynching of my son before he had a chance to prove his innocence is a pain too unbearable to put into words.”
