Diddy is seen speaking to feds on tarmac at Miami airport next to ‘drug mule’ now in custody – as he insists he’s innocent and victim of a witch hunt

New photos show Sean “Diddy” Combs speaking to police outside his private jet as they arrested the man accused of being the rapper’s drug courier.

Brendan Paul, 25, was arrested by Miami-Dade police, along with Homeland Security agents, at Miami’s Opa-Locka Airport on Monday around 4:30 p.m., as authorities raided Diddy’s mansion.

The photos show Diddy wearing a white shirt and blue pants, with his back to the camera as he talks to police. Paul, wearing a blue hoodie and black hat, can be seen in the mix.

Combs, 54, was seen Monday night talking to officers at the airport 15 minutes from his Miami Beach home but was never arrested.

Aaron Dyer, an attorney for the rapper, broke Combs’ silence just over 24 hours after the Homeland Security investigation with a statement to DailyMail.com.

“Yesterday there was a gross, military-level use of force when search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs’ residence. “There is no excuse for the authorities’ excessive show of force and hostility or for the way his children and employees were treated,” Dyer said.

‘Mr. Combs was never detained, but spoke with and cooperated with authorities,” he added. “Despite media speculation, neither Mr. Combs nor his family members have been arrested, and their ability to travel has not been restricted in any way.”

“This unprecedented ambush – combined with a sophisticated, coordinated media presence – is leading to a premature rush to judgment against Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on baseless allegations in civil lawsuits,” Dyer continued.

“No criminal or civil liability has been established for any of these allegations. Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every day to clear his name.”

The rapper has not been seen since homeland security agents visited his properties in Miami and Los Angeles as part of their investigation into alleged sex trafficking.

Sources told Page Six that Combs was planning to fly to the Bahamas to spend time with his 17-year-old twins, Jessie and D’Lila, when officers raided his property.

Diddy was spotted walking through the customs area of ​​Opa-Locka Airport around 3pm, not long before Paul was arrested there.

The document, filed by Miami-Dade Police, states: “While working with the Department of Homeland Security and Customs and Border Protection, the defendant was taken into custody for suspected possession of cocaine and marijuana candy.

“The suspect had the contraband in his personal travel bags, which he claimed before he was searched.

“The suspected cocaine was located and tested by officers… the defendant was charged accordingly.”

Paul, 25, of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, is charged with possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana. Paul was being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami on two $2,500 bonds.

Paul was called Diddy’s “drug mule” in a $30 million lawsuit brought against Diddy by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones.

The complaint, one of five against Combs since November, alleged that he was involved in “acquiring and distributing Mr. Combs’ drugs and weapons.”

Jones lawsuit is one of several filed against the rapper since late last year that prompted the raid on his homes.

The investigation was led by agents from Homeland Security Investigations in New York, where he was accused by a former girlfriend of R&B singer Cassie Ventura in a lawsuit filed in federal court in November of involvement in sex trafficking.

She alleged that Diddy controlled and abused her for more than a decade – and also plied her with drugs, beat her and forced her to have sex with multiple male prostitutes while he watched and recorded.

Combs has denied the allegations and reached a settlement with Ventura.

Ventura’s lawsuit was one of at least four civil complaints filed in recent months alleging sexual assault against Combs.

The rapper and music mogul has fought several legal battles, including one against an unnamed woman who alleged that he and two friends sexually assaulted her when she was 17.

Joi Dickerson-Neal, another accuser, claims Combs slipped her drink and sexually assaulted her in 1991 while she was a student at Syracuse University. She claims he filmed the attack and shared the video with his social circle.

Another Jane Doe claims she and a friend were raped by Combs and his friend, singer-songwriter Aaron Hall, in the early 1990s.

During the raids, two of his sons were held at the scene of the home in Holmby Hills, California, while the warrant was executed, but released without charge.

Armed officers entered luxury properties on both the east and west coasts of the United States, with video from helicopters circling overhead.

The officers, wearing vests, gathered in the backyard of the house, near the swimming pool.

Several officers were seen carrying bags and boxes of evidence to a van with the help of police dogs.

They collected evidence, including a “number” of electronic devices, ABC News reported.
