Diddy heard on prison call for first time since his arrest as his kids call to wish him happy birthday

Diddy broke his silence from behind bars when his children called him Monday to wish him a happy 55th birthday — as he awaits trial on sex trafficking charges.

The rapper was arrested in September on federal charges of racketeering, conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for the purpose of prostitution – and is incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn.

In the video shared by his son Justin Dior Combs, 30, Diddy is heard telling his children that he is proud of them all and “looking forward to seeing them soon” after they sang “Happy Birthday” to him.

This comes as Diddy faces another lawsuit for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.

That same night, Jennifer Lopez and Diddy were pictured arguing together at a party before later leaving with his entourage.

The alleged incident is said to have taken place later that evening at a home, but the timing adds a disturbing layer to the evening’s events and raises questions about the dynamics of Diddy and Jennifer’s relationship at a time now overshadowed by serious accusations.

The couple stayed together for another five months and eventually separated in February 2001.

The new legal filing from DailyMail.com claims Diddy “aggressively approached” the young girl with a “crazy look in his eyes” before sexually assaulting her.

She claims that an unnamed male celebrity also raped her while Diddy and an unnamed female celebrity watched. There is no suggestion that this woman was Jennifer.

Diddy has denied the allegations. His lawyers told DailyMail.com that he has ‘never sexually assaulted anyone’ and said the latest ‘barrage of allegations’ were nothing more than ‘obvious attempts to garner publicity’.

Diddy was arrested last month on federal charges of racketeering, conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for the purpose of prostitution – and is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn, a prison that previously held Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell and R Kelly.

In May 2024, a 2016 video would emerge showing the shirtless rapper with a towel wrapped around his waist, chasing Cassie down the hallway of the InterContinental Hotel in Century City before grabbing and kicking her (seen together in 2016)

Appears on the popular DailyMail.com podcast The trial against Diddysays prison expert Larry Levine that Diddy is visited every day by a psychological team.

“He’s not actually on suicide watch, but my inside source there tells me that someone comes by several times a day to visit him, you know, just to make sure he’s okay,” Levine noted in the podcast.

‘My sources tell me that [Diddy] gets extra showers a week,” he claimed. ‘I don’t know how much. It probably varies. They give them extra privileges.’

Meanwhile, Combs’ attorneys are still trying to get him out of jail and have filed an appeal with the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court after two judges denied his bail. The case will be discussed during the hearing on November 4.

Last week, Diddy’s seven children shared a joint statement Tuesday morning supporting him ahead of his federal sex trafficking trial on May 5.

“The past month has devastated our family,” they wrote on Instagram.

“Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories and false stories that have grown into absurdity on social media. We stand united and support you every step of the way. We hold fast to the truth, knowing that it will prevail, and that nothing will break the strength of our family. WE MISS YOU AND LOVE YOU DAD.”

The family statement came two days after Buzbee Law Firm, AVA Law Group and Curis Law filed another seven lawsuits (four men and three women) in the US District Court in Manhattan against the three-time Grammy winner alleging aggravated sexual assault, sexual battery and sexual abuse. abuse and sexual exploitation between 2000 and 2022.

Lead attorney Tony Buzbee has collected enough evidence to file 120 lawsuits for victims (as young as nine and thirteen) thanks to a hotline he set up for victims and witnesses, collecting twelve thousand calls in 24 hours.

Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo dismissed the latest lawsuits as “clear attempts to garner publicity” and they “have full confidence in the facts, their legal defense and the integrity of the legal process.”

The Emmy-nominated producer — who was arrested in Manhattan on September 16 following a grand jury indictment — “has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, male or female,” they added.

Diddy has denied guilty pleas that he coerced and abused women for years, aided by colleagues and employees, and silenced victims through blackmail and violence, including kidnapping, arson and physical abuse.
