A man who accuses Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of assaulting him when he was just 16 has shared a photo of the pair at one of the rapper’s famous White Parties.
In a lawsuit filed Monday, the man known only as John Doe accused Diddy of attacking him at the 1998 party as celebrities mingled nearby.
“There was something sinister: a dark underbelly of crime, sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, bribery and prostitution,” the official report said.
“Combs is a threat to society, women and children.” Diddy denies the allegations against him.
The filing also offered a possible answer to the question of all the baby oil found in Diddy’s home after his arrest, noting that there are “allegations that Combs would douse victims with lotions or similar body oils… laced with GBH so that it medicine would be used’. are absorbed by the victim’s skin and make it easier to attack him or her.’

Diddy’s White Parties were once considered the most sought-after invitation on the social stage and were attended by a steady stream of A-stars.
This also played a central role in his alleged offending, according to the new filing from Tony Buzbee, who says he represents as many as 120 credible Diddy victims.
‘[He] would say to the victims: ‘This is what it takes to become famous, what are you willing to do to become a star?’
John Doe was 16 and living in New York City when he received a highly sought-after invitation to the White Party in the Hamptons in 1998.
When he received the invitation, he felt like he was finally getting the opportunity to work with the who’s who of the industry. He thought this would be his chance to break into the music industry,” the report said.

“When John Doe walked in, he saw countless celebrities and A-listers from the music and entertainment industries. He recognized faces he had seen on TV and the big screen.”
The young boy was pushing his way through the crowd on his way to the restroom when he “unexpectedly encountered Combs,” the complaint said.
“Shocked, John Doe found himself face to face with Combs, a music industry titan, standing right in front of him at his own party.”
The photo shared in the court file is said to have been taken at this moment, during this interaction.
The file states, “Combs was interested in John Doe and wanted to talk to him. They walked to a more private area near the portable toilets brought for the party.
There, John Doe told Combs that he was a big fan of Combs and shared his dreams of becoming a star. Combs smiled and told him he had potential and “the look.” When John Doe admitted that his voice wasn’t great, Combs assured him that it didn’t matter.
“Combs abruptly told John Doe to drop his pants.”
John Doe was reportedly “completely blindsided” by the request and asked Diddy to repeat himself.
Attorney representing the plaintiffs, Tony Buzbee
“Combs made himself clear. He instructed John Doe to drop his pants and expose his penis for Combs to inspect, explaining that it was a rite of passage and the route to becoming a star, and also as a way to promote himself prove.
“Out of fear, anxiety, and the imbalanced power dynamic between himself and Combs, John Doe then lowered his pants and exposed his penis, as Combs previously instructed.”
The filing states, “Combs came closer and grabbed John Doe’s penis and genitals with his hand. He held John Doe’s genitals firmly for an extended period of time.
“During this time, Combs moved his hand in such a way as to manipulate John Doe’s genitals by squeezing and feeling them. Doe was only sixteen.’
Buzbee has repeatedly stated that more prominent people could soon be named in lawsuits and has vowed to “aggressively” pursue cases against any offender.
Of the 120 people he now represents, 25 claim they were minors at the time they were allegedly abused.
In the filing, Buzbee said Diddy was able to target young, vulnerable people “through a criminal enterprise that built on his success as a rapper, record producer and record executive.”
“Combs is one of the richest music artists in the world.

“As part of his pattern of abuse, Combs manipulated both men and women into engaging in highly orchestrated sexual activities with both commercial sex workers and unsuspecting partygoers.
“Combs has a deep contempt for women and a desire to dominate minors as well as other men.
“His behavior reflects a long-standing practice of denigrating, beating and attempting to humiliate men, women and children.”
Combs’ attorney released a statement to DailyMail.com.
“The press conference and the 1-800 call that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity,” they said.
‘Sir. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defense and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, male or female.”
He was indicted with lots of sex human trafficking and extortion crimes after his arrest on September 16.
Last week, a judge scheduled his trial for May 2025.
