Diddy accuser and music producer Lil Rod has named Cuba Gooding Jr. added to his sexual assault complaint against the rapper.
Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones Jr. accused Gooding Jr. of groping him while on Sean “Diddy” Combs’ yacht in January 2023, according to the documents.
The incident reportedly took place in the Virgin Islands and saw Combs trying to ‘pass on’ Jones to actor Gooding, the lawsuit brought by USA today states.
Cuba Gooding Jr. “began touching, groping and fondling Mr. Jones’ legs, his upper inner thighs near his crotch, the small of his back near his buttocks and his shoulders,” Jones alleges.
The complaint also includes a photo showing “Jerry Maguire” star Gooding with his arm around Jones, as well as a photo allegedly showing Combs and Gooding talking on the yacht.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is also being sued by Jones, who claims he engaged in serious illegal conduct, including sexual assault
Combs is accused of failing to intervene and stop Gooding Jones “sexually assaulted,” the lawsuit says.
Jones recently worked with Combs on his record ‘The Love Album: Off the Grid’.
He is suing the embattled rapper over claims that he has engaged in “serious illegal activities,” including sexual assault. The first lawsuit alleged Combs forced him to recruit sex workers and pressured him to work with them.
On Monday, Gooding was added as a defendant to Jones’ amended lawsuit, filed in the U.S. federal court for the Southern District of New York.
It came hours after homeland security agents raided two of Combs’ homes in Los Angeles and Miami.
The rapper’s whereabouts are unknown, but two of his sons have reportedly been arrested.
Combs’ plane took off from Van Nuys Airport in Los Angeles at 9 a.m. Monday.
He was then spotted at the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport around 3 p.m., just a few hours after the raids began.
The lawsuit came hours after armed Department of Homeland Security agents raided Combs’ homes in Miami and Los Angeles in connection with an ongoing sex trafficking investigation.

The investigation was led by agents from Homeland Security Investigations in New York, where he was accused by a former girlfriend of R&B singer Cassie Ventura in a lawsuit filed in federal court in November of involvement in sex trafficking.
She alleged that Diddy controlled and abused her for more than a decade – and also plied her with drugs, beat her and forced her to have sex with multiple male prostitutes while he watched and recorded.
Combs denied the allegations and settled with Ventura out of court.
Ventura’s lawsuit was one of at least four civil complaints filed in recent months alleging sexual assault against Combs, including one from Jones.
The rapper and music mogul has fought several legal battles, including one against an unnamed woman who alleged that he and two friends sexually assaulted her when she was 17.
Joi Dickerson-Neal, another accuser, claims Combs slipped her drink and sexually assaulted her in 1991 while she was a student at Syracuse University.
She claims he filmed the attack and shared the video with his social circle.
In November 2023, R&B singer Cassie, whose real name is Cassandra Ventura, accused Combs of rape and repeated physical abuse before they reached a settlement.
Two of Combs’ sons were reportedly arrested in the raids on his homes in Miami and Los Angeles, conducted by Homeland Security
Another Jane Doe claims she and a friend were raped by Combs and his friend, singer-songwriter Aaron Hall, in the early 1990s.
Jones’ bombshell lawsuit against Diddy alleges that Combs subjected him to groping and “constant unsolicited touching of his anus” for a year.
This is also not the first time that Gooding has faced allegations of sexual abuse. He previously pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of forcibly kissing a waitress.
Other women made accusations that formed a six-count indictment against the actor, which was resolved by his guilty plea.
In June 2023, Gooding settled a civil lawsuit in Manhattan federal court just before trial by a woman who accused him of a 2013 rape. Terms were not disclosed. The woman had demanded $6 million.
