Diddy accuser’s lawyer claims ‘high-profile person’ was present while ‘pornographic’ acts were performed at rapper’s house
A lawyer for one of Diddy’s accusers has claimed that a “high-profile individual” had been present during “pornographic” acts at the disgraced rapper’s Atlanta home.
Sean “Diddy” Combs, 54 – who has been denied bail by a judge – was charged earlier this month in New York City with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, an attorney for one of the music artist’s accusers, appeared during Friday’s episode of Banfield on NewsNation and stated that someone had contacted her about “selling one of the Diddy tapes.”
She claimed the person was a “high profiler” but did not reveal the name of the person seen on the tape.
“There have already been tapes leaked in Hollywood that were being shopped, but a certain person contacted me to shop a certain video.”

The lawyer further told the presenter: ‘I see that the video was pornographic.’
“This was at his home in Atlanta, and it appears the person is not watching the video. I don’t think that person knows he or she is being videotaped,” Ariel claimed.
While also at Banfield, the attorney discussed one of her clients who was allegedly sexually assaulted by Combs in 2018.
According to Mitchell-Kidd, the accuser had also reported the incident to the police after allegedly being able to ‘escape’ at the time.
‘She contacted me a few weeks ago. She called me and told me about her attack and her escape,” Ariel said.
“She was at the house of a friend who had ties to the industry, and Diddy decided to come to the house.”
However, it wasn’t until Diddy arrived at the house that she realized he had plans to traffic her for sex.
‘It led to her being offered a drink. She started to feel dizzy. Combs sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object,” Mitchell-Kidd alleged.

“And then ordered another gentleman to sexually assault her while he watched and pleasured himself.”
However, Ariel’s client is said to have managed to escape and take to the streets near the house, with a neighbor also witnessing the moment.
It comes shortly after Diddy’s own lawyer made a shocking statement about a settlement for his client.
The controversial rapper has no plans to reach a settlement, according to his lawyer Marc Agnifilo.
Combs maintains his innocence and plans to fight the trial until the end, Agnifilo said TMZ for the outlet’s new documentary on the case.
His attorney also said that Combs strongly believes this is a “racially motivated prosecution” and that he is being targeted because he is a “successful black man.”
This comes after his lawyer previously told the newspaper that Combs “can’t wait” to testify in court.
Agnifilo, a former assistant district attorney in Manhattan, told the newspaper that Combs plans to “fight this case not only for himself, but for others in a similar position,” who also face government prosecution.

His attorney also said Combs has his family in mind and wants to prove to them that he is “the same man they have always known.”
Agnifilo previously said that the founder of Bad Boy Records is ‘eager’ to testify.
“I don’t know if I could keep him off the witness stand,” he said. ‘I think he really wants to tell his story. And I think he will tell every part of his story.”
He said Combs also wants to tell his side of the story regarding the 2016 hotel security footage of him attacking his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.
“He has his story and he has a story that I think only he can tell in the way he can tell it in real time,” Agnifilo told the outlet. ‘And it’s a human story. It’s a story about love. It is a story about pain. It’s a story about heartbreak.’
He is also expected to be questioned about his ‘freak-off’ parties.
On September 16, Combs was indicted in New York City and charged with racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
He pleaded not guilty to all three charges and was denied bail.

The judge who will hear his case agreed with prosecutors that he posed a serious flight risk and a danger to others.
This comes after Agnifilo explained the alleged reason behind the “1,000 bottles” of baby oil and lubricants that authorities found at Combs’ homes in Miami and Los Angeles.
‘I don’t think there were a thousand. I think it was a lot. I mean, there’s a Costco right down the street. I think Americans are buying in bulk, as we know,” he told the New York Post.
Later, Costco intervened and denounced the allegations in a statement TMZand say they do not sell baby oil in any of their US retail locations.
Last week, Combs was placed on suicide watch after he was denied bail.
According to the US Department of Justice’s National Institute of Corrections, there is ‘precautionary oversight’ [are] taken for suicidal prisoners requiring frequent observation.’
However, Combs remains positive, according to his lawyer. “His state of mind is actually remarkably positive,” Agnifilo said.

‘I spend a few hours with him every day. His determination is strong. He’s engaged,” he continued.
“He’s focused on his defense,” he said before adding that Combs “has come to terms with the fact that this is where he is right now.”
Agnifilo also said he is working to set a trial date as soon as possible.
