Last year, the beauty mogul broke down in tears on an episode of The Kardashians as she recalled comments trolls made about how much older she looks.
In 2015, after months of speculation, Kylie admitted to getting lip injections and revealed that her thin lips were an “insecurity,” later saying she had fixed half of them.
The reality star told The Wall Street Journal in 2023 that she “never touched” her face, although she opened up about getting her breasts done at age 19, before the birth of her daughter Stormi.
Famous facial plastic surgeon Dr. Persky in Encino, California, told DailyMail.com that Kylie ‘shows no signs of needing facelift surgery’ – and that she would be too young at Kylie’s age.
“In my opinion, patients under the age of 40 to 45 are too young for facelift surgery,” said Dr. Persky.
Instead, Dr. believes Persky that her “plucked” appearance could be the result of a non-invasive treatment like EmFace, which “combines electromagnetic energy and synchronized radio frequency energy to lift and sculpt facial contours while simultaneously reducing wrinkles.”
Plastic surgeon from Chicago Dr. David Hill thinks the beauty guru owes her look to a combination of layered touch-ups and makeup techniques.
“Botox could easily explain her reduced ability to express emotions, as well as a slightly raised forehead,” Dr. Hill to DailyMail.com.
Dr. Hill explained that injecting around the muscles around the eyes can provide a subtle lift.

Dr. Hill also thinks that laser resurfacing could have been done to stimulate collagen production, which “gives the skin a youthful glow and a slightly firmer appearance,” making it a popular procedure before big red carpet events.
Dr. Hill believes it’s possible that Kylie has had some fillers removed, which could explain “the more natural contours and sharper angles” of her face, which could also lead to a more lifted look.
“My suspicion is that Kylie has had an endoscopic brow lift or a temporary brow lift,” Dr. surmised. Hill. ‘These are both minimally invasive surgical procedures where small incisions are made in or along the hairline to lift and secure the eyebrows.’
‘These techniques offer more lasting results compared to Botox or threads and if her appearance continues this way over the next few months, it is almost certainly surgical,’ explained Dr. Hill out.
Dr. Hill believes it’s not a facelift because his younger patients usually opt for more undetectable “adjustments,” as opposed to surgery, to “lifted, rejuvenated looks.”
“A surgical facelift is typically reserved for people in their late 30s or older, when more advanced signs of aging – such as loss of elasticity or deeper wrinkles – begin to appear,” said Dr. Hill.
