Embattled Sydney developer Jean Nassif is said to be living abroad as police ramp up efforts to track down the mogul amid allegations of fraud.
Detectives from the NSW Police Organized Crime Squad were issued an arrest warrant for Mr Nassif on Friday in connection with fraud-related charges.
Strike Force Calool was established in April 2021 to investigate alleged financial crimes.

The move comes as Mr Nassif’s daughter – Ashlyn Nassif – continues to appear in court on allegations that she used bogus contracts to secure a $150 million loan.
The 27-year-old is accused of forging $10.5 million in pre-sale contracts for the development of the $900 million Sky View apartment complex in Sydney’s northwest.
The partner of law firm EA Legal has yet to plead after she was charged with unfairly obtaining financial advantage through deception and publishing false or misleading material.
She was released on bail in March with $2.6 million secured by her family.
