A desperate search has been launched for a young girl after she disappeared from a street in Sydney’s west.
Cheriish Shearer-Cooper, 10, was last seen on Jindalee Place, Glenmore Park, at around 2.15pm on Saturday.
Both her family and the police are seriously concerned about her safety due to her young age.

Police described Cherrish as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, approximately 140cm tall, slim build, dark brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a blue sweater, blue/green pants and cream shoes.
Cherrish is known to regularly visit Glenmore Park, Tregear and Penrtih.
