Desperate search for Beverly Hills musician Camela Leierth-Segura – who co-wrote Katy Perry son ‘Walking on Air’ – after she vanished nearly two months ago

Leierth is best known for her collaboration with ‘Teenage Dream’ singer Katy Perry.
In 2013, the Swede co-wrote the song ‘Walk On Air’ for Perry’s ‘Prism’ album.
Released as a single, the song entered the iTunes chart at number one in the United States and was described as having a 1990s sound.
In an interview with MTV at the time, Perry said of the single, “It’s my favorite song off the record.”
DailyMail.com reached out to the singer’s representatives and label for a statement about Leierth’s disappearance, but was not available for comment on Wednesday.
Leierth was first reported missing in July by her close friend, Liz Montgomery, who found her silence unusual.
Montgomery said the first sign of trouble was that no one close to the singer-songwriter had heard from her, including her family back home in Sweden.
Leierth’s sister contacted Montgomery – who lives in New York – to help find her.
“When I woke up in the morning, there was already a message saying, ‘Hey, have you talked to Camela?'” Montgomery said, recalling the day she first became concerned.

Another friend who has been active in the search says she believes something bad happened to the musician.
“I’d like to think nothing bad happened, but do I think something bad happened? Yes,” friend Cecilia Foss told the Southern California outlet.
Neighbors echoed Foss’s concerns, saying it’s unusual for her to be quiet.
Harrison Silverman, who lived nearby, said he would see Leierth once a week, but he hadn’t heard from her at all since June.
Shiva Bagheri said she has not seen her car for over a month.
Friends and neighbors said she was struggling to pay rent before her disappearance, but they don’t believe she would just get up and disappear.
“She means the world to us and time is of the essence. Her family in Sweden is begging for your help,” Montgomery wrote on Instagram.
