An urgent search is underway for a young schoolgirl who has been missing in Brisbane for more than 36 hours.
The girl, 11, left a home on Pine Mountain Road in Carina Heights in the city’s southeast at 6 a.m. Monday.
She was captured on CCTV riding a skateboard at an Upper Mount Gravatt shopping center two hours later at 8am and has not returned home or had contact with her family since.
Police and family are seriously concerned about her well-being due to her characterless behavior and her young age.
She is described as white, 140cm tall, of slim build and blond/brown hair.
Queensland Police have issued an urgent appeal to help locate this missing girl
