A fashion designer has revealed she cut her vacation short to fulfill an ’emergency order’ for two matching Kansas City Chiefs jackets with Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes’ names and jersey numbers on them, as many fans believe it may even cost the purchase by Taylor Swift although the pop star was not seen wearing it at M&T Bank Stadium.
On Sunday, Monica Blakely – founder of her own clothing line Passion For Ezra – shared a photo of both custom-made jackets on Instagram, with the caption: ‘When you fly home from holiday a day early because you received an emergency order for two jackets for tomorrow at 9:30 am.’
In addition to their significant others’ names and jersey numbers, both pieces feature the Chiefs’ two Super Bowl championships from 2019 (LIV) and last year (LVII).
Taylor and Brittany looked like twins a few weeks ago when they wore personalized Chiefs fan gear during the team’s AFC wild-card round game against the Miami Dolphins — a 26-7 win in Kansas City.
Blakely’s clothing company first rose to fame after the Kelce brothers’ mother, Donna Kelce, wore custom-made shoes and a jacket she designed for her to last year’s Super Bowl in Glendale, Arizona.

However, one of Blakely’s followers on Instagram wasn’t thrilled about Blakley possibly having to cut her vacation short for Taylor.
‘I love these! But I’m sorry that you cut your vacation short. The life of a small business owner,” she noted under Blakely’s post about the “emergency order.”

Others preferred to show optimism about what lies ahead, as many now expect Taylor and Brittany to wear the custom jackets on Sunday when the Chiefs play the Ravens.

Earlier on Sunday, Taylor left her New York City apartment to head to Baltimore to watch her boyfriend play again as he looks to reach the Super Bowl for the fourth time since 2020.
