Derek Hough looked seriously muscular in a light blue tank top at his Los Angeles home in a new Instagram video.

The 39-year-old professional dancer was working out in his backyard, overlooking the valley.

Next, he heads to his kitchen, where he finds a protein-rich snack: a bag of Starkist.

The actor was announced as a representative for the brand when he offered the clip as a tag.

“Whether I’m dancing, hitting the gym or going for a walk, StarKist has delicious, ready-to-eat and convenient protein pouches in tuna, salmon, chicken and now beef!” he wrote on Instagram.

This comes after the Utah native revealed whether he would return to Dancing With The Stars as a judge.

Carrie Anne, 56, and Bruno, 68, have been judges on the series since 2005, its first season.

Len Goodman was a judge from seasons 1 through 20, returning for seasons 22-28, and then for seasons 30 and 31.

He died on April 22, 2023 at the age of 78 from prostate cancer.

Derek became a judge in season 29 and before that was a dancer on the show from seasons 5 to 11, and from seasons 13 to 21 and season 23.

According to People, Julianne Hough and Alfonso Ribeiro are also returning as co-hosts

Julianne became co-host last year after Tyra Banks stepped down as host after three years.

Before becoming a co-host, Julianne was a jury member from 2014 to 2021 and a professional dancer from 2007 to 2009.

Alfonso became a co-host alongside Tyra in 2022.

Last year Alfonso spoke with Entertainment tonight on Julianne joining as co-host: ‘I think our chemistry is going to be fantastic.’
