Denver Police ‘find the fan who appeared to be PUNCHED by Nikola Jokic’s brother after Nuggets game’
Police have reportedly found the man who appeared to have been punched by Nikola Jokic’s brother in the stands during the NBA playoff game between the Nuggets and the Lakers.
The authorities and the NBA started an investigation after images which showed that Jokic’s older brother Strahinja, who was arrested in 2019 on suspicion of assault, hit the fan.
Now according to TMZDenver police have been “in communication” with the fan.
Denver police added, “At this time the investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made.”
The NBA is also investigating the clip.

The shocking footage emerged on social media and showed two men arguing as Jokic’s wife Nataljia stood nearby with their young daughter in hand.
Jokic’s older brother Strahinja, who was arrested in 2019 on suspicion of assault, appears to be the one who threw the punch and hit the man he was arguing with in the face.
He can be seen wearing a ‘Jokic 15’ jersey and climbing over a row of chairs to get closer to the fan involved in the exchange, while other brother Nemanja appears behind him.
The shocking scenes threaten to spoil an otherwise brilliant night for the team at Denver’s Ball Arena.
The Nuggets came from behind to beat LeBron James and his men 101-99 on Monday night, with Jokic leading the charge with 27 points and career-high scores for his team – last year’s NBA champions. They have a 2-0 lead in the series.
Strahinja has been in trouble with the police before for violent behavior. He was arrested in 2019 for allegedly choking and pushing a woman.
The Denver Post reported that Strahinja became violent when the woman tried to leave his apartment and said he would strangle her “until she fell asleep.” He also allegedly took her phone when she tried to call 911.
In February 2002, he pleaded guilty to obstructing telephone service and trespassing, while other charges were dropped.

He was given a deferred sentence and told the charges would be dropped as long as he did not commit another crime by February 3, 2022.
Nikola Jokic, meanwhile, has previously spoken about his somewhat unusual upbringing with his older brother.
He told Sports Illustrated in 2017 that Strahinja “once held my arms down and threw knives around my head” after refusing to climb a tree with him: “That was a bit crazy.”
The Nuggets will play the Lakers in Game 3 later tonight.
