Fans have discovered a catfish Tinder account from Germany with pictures of Denise Welch in the profile.
The Loose Women star, 64, has been happily married to husband Lincoln Townley for the past decade, but was let down when she saw herself on the popular dating app.
The profile, which claims to be a 62-year-old woman named Gabi, is written in German and claims she’s been “alone for a while.”
After the profile was discovered by a Brit traveling through Germany, fans took to Twitter to share screenshots of the hilarious catfish profile.
And while doing the rounds online, the screenshot even caught Denise’s attention when she dubbed it the “Best tweet ever in my life!!!”

The profile biography states: ‘I’ve been alone for a while, I’m curious and want to be surprised and have a nice conversation’.
With four different photos, the account claims to be two years younger than the TV star’s age and is named Gabi.
The account that revealed the account originally wrote, “Obsessed with someone from work traveling Europe and encountering a German catfishing like Denise Welch.”
While Denise herself then re-shared the post to her Instagram Stories as she saw the funny side of things.
Fans couldn’t hold back their laughter at the bizarre catfish, and one even found a German connection to the star.
Referring to her ex-husband Tim Healy, who she dated from 1988 to 2012, the fan recalled starring in the British comedy-drama Auf Wiedersehen, Pet – set in Germany.
“Well, her guy was in Auf Wiedersehen, Pet, right?” wrote the Twitter user.

It comes after Denise celebrated 11 years of sobriety earlier this week and shared in a poignant Instagram post that giving up alcohol has “changed her life.”
She admitted that her “disastrous” relationship with alcohol affected her relationship with husband Lincoln and the lives of her sons Louis, 22, and Matty, 34, whom she shares with her ex Tim.
The Coronation Street actress went on to say that while getting sober “wasn’t easy,” it ultimately changed her life and that of her loved ones.
In a poignant caption, she wrote, “11 years sober today!!! Giving up my disastrous relationship with alcohol changed my life, my husband’s life and my children’s lives. Plus the lives of everyone who loves me.
