Denise Richards has faced renewed criticism for ‘enabling’ her daughter Sami’s controversial career as a ‘sex worker’ on OnlyFans, insiders claim, with Charlie Sheen believed to be angry about their daughter’s job title.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Denise, 53, has been the biggest defender of Sami’s foray into adult entertainment — and even joined the X-rated subscription platform when she saw how much money her 20-year-old daughter was making.
However, Denise’s decision to ‘support’ Sami’s new path as a self-proclaimed ‘sex worker’ has been criticized by some in her inner circles, who fear it is ‘damaging’ her daughter’s reputation.
“Denise is allowing her daughter to continue her OnlyFans knowing it will damage her reputation and upset her family,” a source exclusively told DailyMail.com.

Sami’s father Charlie Sheen is reportedly less than impressed with Denise for supporting their daughter’s career as a ‘sex worker’, but knows it is ‘ultimately Sami’s decision’
The insider explained that some of Denise’s Bravo stars are not impressed with the example the actress is setting.
“Sami recently described herself as a sex worker and Denise’s cast members are disgusted that she is setting this type of example for her fans.
“But they also said that the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree and that Denise not only approves of this, but also makes it possible.”
Elsewhere, Sami’s dad Charlie Sheen is said to be less than impressed with Denise’s support for their daughter’s new career, but he knows it is “ultimately Sami’s decision.”
The source added, “Charlie isn’t happy at all, but he knows that ultimately it’s Sami’s decision to live the way she wants to live. She makes an insane amount of money from this and that is what drives her.’
Charlie was indeed initially against his daughter’s online appearance, but later told Us Weekly, “Denise has highlighted a number of salient points that in my haste I overlooked and dismissed.
“Now more than ever, it is essential that Sami can rely on a united parental front as she embarks on this new adventure. From this moment on she will have it in abundance.’
Sharon Osbourne is among those who have criticized Sami’s decision to make money from the X-rated site, with the former X Factor judge accusing her of setting a ‘bad example’.

But Denise has continued to praise and support her daughter and recently shared a gushing public tribute on Sami’s birthday, just days before the young model released her first ‘boy/girl collab’ with new boyfriend Aiden David on OnlyFans.
“Happy 20th birthday my beautiful Sami girl,” Denise wrote alongside photos of herself and Sami posing with a horse.
‘I love you so much and I’m so proud of you. You are just as beautiful inside and you have been a wise soul since the day you were born,” she continued.
“I love you so much and I am beyond grateful and blessed to be your mother. I love you girly girl. And your grandma always watches over you and is always with you, and I know she is so proud of you too. Congratulations.’
Sami, who joined OnlyFans just three months after turning 18, announced her new X-rated collaboration with Aiden with a steamy photo of the pair kissing after showering.
“The collab you’ve been waiting for is coming out this Tuesday ;),” she wrote on X.
She then posted another photo of herself with her shirtless boyfriend and wrote, “My first B/G collab is out today.”
Aiden is also an OnlyFans creator and offers X-rated content on his page that is too explicit to link to.
While it’s unclear exactly how explicit their collaboration will be, the young model certainly isn’t holding back.
In one post, Sami told her subscribers to give her a $45 tip if they wanted to see her “lick my own nipples.”

Last October, Denise posted a glamorous photo of herself and Sami side-by-side with the caption: “Should my mini-me @samisheen and I work together again?”
She was immediately slammed by fans and later backtracked during an interview on The Viall Files.
‘They are so judgmental of me and people say, “How can you do this? Your daughter,’” she told host Nick Viall.
“I didn’t work with my daughter,” she emphasized. “Did I take a picture of my daughter and I’s face that was on social media? Yes. Have I collaborated with my daughter for a sexual OnlyFans shoot, for example? Absolutely not. That is not true.’

Despite her claims, Denise has posted about Sami multiple times on her OnlyFans account.
In July 2022, the RHOBH star wrote, “After multiple requests, I am doing a photo shoot with my daughter Sami next week. We hope you enjoy the photos.’
