Denise Richards’ daughter Sami Sheen shows off her new ‘dream’ nose in LA… two weeks after rhinoplasty
Sami Sheen showed off her new “dream nose” during a luncheon at Urth Cafe in Los Angeles on Monday, two weeks after undergoing a nose job.
The 20-year-old daughter of Denise Richards, 53, and Charlie Sheen, 58, was spotted enjoying dinner with a friend, with her nose looking noticeably more refined and uplifted.
The OnlyFans model wore a casual outfit for the outing: a black tank top and gray sweatpants.
Her blonde locks were parted down the middle and fell in a straight style. She opted for a makeup-free look, showing off her flawless complexion.
Earlier this month, Sami shocked her fans when she revealed that she had gone under the knife to achieve her ideal nose shape.

Sami worked with Dr. Deepak Dugar, a Beverly Hills surgeon who specializes in what he calls the “scarless nose.”
It is a closed nose job where incisions are made on the inside of the nose. This makes the incisions invisible from the outside. If the surgery is performed correctly, it will give a more natural result.
Open rhinoplasty can sometimes leave scars on the underside of the nose, especially on the columella, the strip of tissue that separates the nostrils.
A scarless rhinoplasty costs approximately $19,000 to $24,000 and recovery can take as little as a week.
Dr Dugar told DailyMail.com about the procedure, saying he takes a “refined approach” to rhinoplasty to give patients the most natural results.
“The nose they should have been born with is already there. I just want to refine it and bring it forward. I don’t want to create a TikTok/Instagram nose on their face,” he explained.
Dr. Dugar estimates that the vast majority of celebrities who have had rhinoplasty have done so using a closed, scar-free approach.
“I’ve been in a Beverly Hills practice for 80 years doing celebrity nose jobs. I can tell you that most celebrity nose jobs are closed, scarless nose jobs for the sake of discretion,” he explains.
“They don’t want people to know they’ve had a nose job. There’s still a taboo and a stigma, no matter who you are. They want very natural results that look like they were born with it,” he continued.

She shared the process of her recovery
“I know she was very anxious about having surgery because she’s young and she’s also very aware of the stigmas surrounding plastic surgery,” Dr. Dugar explained.

‘The cookie cutter, TikTok, Instagram, the Turkish nose job, the “Barbie nose” as they call it, everyone knows you can’t be born with that.
‘It’s a bit like extremely white veneers. It’s almost a status symbol, but everyone knows they’re fake. And the problem is, if you’re a very elite actor or a celebrity, you don’t want people to know you’ve got a fake nose. You want to look your best, but you also want to look very natural.’
Dr. Dugar said the model was nervous about going under the knife when it came to Sami’s treatment.
“Sammy is a beautiful girl who has suffered from a drooping nose for years,” he said.
‘She had multiple consultations before she decided to have her surgery with me. I know she was very anxious about having surgery because she is young and she is also very aware of the stigmas surrounding plastic surgery.
“And because she’s the daughter of two very famous parents, of course she was nervous, but she was also very excited.”
Dr. Dugar said the surgery itself was “phenomenal” and he’s looking forward to showing everyone the final results.
“It’s going to be beautiful and she’s going to be amazed at how beautiful it is,” he cheered.
Shortly after the surgery, Sami shared her joy about the operation on TikTok.
“I’m so happy I finally did this! Thank you for everything @deepakdugarmd you are truly the best surgeon out there!” she wrote.
Sami, who currently works as a creator of OnlyFans, went under the knife for breast augmentation for the first time last year

Sami also confessed that she had been wanting to get her nose done for five years.
“I had to Photoshop every picture I took because they looked horrible,” she wrote.
‘Just so floppy and too big for my face.’
Sami said she met with several surgeons before choosing Dr. Dugar for the procedure, which she had performed on August 12.
‘I’ve only been recovering for two days, but I already feel like a completely different woman and I’m so happy that I finally have the nose of my dreams.’
Some of Dr. Dugar’s previous celebrity clients include TikTok sensation Madi Monroe, porn star Mia Khalifa, and Vanderpump Rules alumna Dayna Kathan.
