Demi Moore ate french fries BEFORE her exciting Golden Globes win
Demi Moore has given fans a glimpse into her preparation for the Golden Globes.
On Sunday, the actress, 62, triumphed over Cynthia Erivo, Mikey Madison, Amy Adams, Karla Sofía Gascón and Zendaya to take home the award for Best Female Actor in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy for her role in The Substance.
And on Monday, she was active on social media as she shared photos from the evening, including after-party and pre-show fun.
She took to Instagram, where she appeals to an audience of 5.7 million, and uploaded a video revealing details of her preparation process.
The clip showed the mother of three eating fries and vegetables before the ceremony.
As someone from her glam team put the finishing touches on her long, dark hair, Demi sat on the floor and munched on a plate of potatoes – noticeably skipping the ketchup – while also tucking into a green salad.

The meal didn’t stop the sleek, ageless beauty from looking perfect in her strapless, champagne-colored Giorgio Armani Privé dress.
She wrote in her caption: ‘Preparing for the @goldenglobes. Where the magic happens. I really couldn’t do it without my team!’
The video was given a gentle soundtrack to Etta James’ 1960 ballad At Last.
As Demi ate an early meal, she was wrapped in a fluffy white Beverly Hilton bathrobe.
And she made sure to stay hydrated as there were several bottles of water on the table.
There also appeared to be an untouched bento box with sushi for the star.
Moore celebrated her big win with her three daughters on Sunday evening.
Following her emotional and heartfelt acceptance speech, the Ghost star partied with Rumer, 36, Scout, 33, and Tallulah, 30, who she shares with ex-husband Bruce Willis, who is battling dementia.

Demi gave a moving speech as she accepted her first Golden Globe win for her critically acclaimed performance in the body horror film.
“Wow, I really didn’t expect that,” the mother of three said at the start of her monologue.
‘I’m just in shock right now. “I’ve been doing this for a long time, over 45 years, and this is the first time I’ve ever won anything as an actor,” she told the audience.
“I’m so humbled and so grateful,” she added, before recalling how a producer had once described her as a “popcorn actress,” an entertainer who could make lucrative films but never earned substantial accolades.
Towards the end of her speech, she said, “I’ll just leave you with one thing: that I think what this movie conveys to us is in those moments when we think we’re not smart enough, pretty enough, or skinny enough. either successful enough, or actually just not enough…
“Just know that you will never be ‘enough,’ but you can know the value of your worth if you just set the standard.”
