A Delta Airlines passenger accused a flight attendant of telling his wife she had a “stupid face” after the couple tried to use a first-class overhead compartment.
Thomas Todd posted a now-viral video of his experience aboard a flight from Orlando to New York City last November, when an unidentified flight attendant warned him and his wife, Jen, to stop “being rude.”
The video, which began after the couple reportedly tried to put their bags in the first-class bins because their own section was full, shows the flight attendant growing frustrated with Todd.
“Don’t do it,” he warns her. ‘Because I will turn this plane around to get you out. don’t do it Don’t push my buttons.
Todd claims the employee “verbally assaulted” and “threatened” him and his wife, allegedly telling Jen she “had a stupid face”, before they were removed from the flight.

todd said view from the wing that the third passenger in the row he and his wife were sitting in had no room for her bag on the roof, so he and his wife tried to help her.
They realized that there was an empty space in the first-class container after the group had already fully boarded, so they wanted to use it before the flight attendant stopped them.
According to Delta’s signage aboard its aircraft, first-class containers are reserved for first-class passengers only.
After the incident, Todd said he got into another line with the same flight attendant during a safety briefing.
Todd claims the flight attendant told him it was “very rude” to watch the security video on the monitor in front of him instead of his presentation.
“Then she looks at Jen and says, ‘Don’t give me that stupid look,'” Todd said.

‘Jen looks at her and asks what she just said and then the lady says she’s from the Bronx and, ‘You don’t want this.'”
Todd’s viral video supposedly starts there, with the angry flight attendant telling them “You’re being rude.”
She is then seen switching places with a male flight attendant, who Todd complains to before the video ends.
A Delta spokesperson said the company apologized for the incident and said they had contacted Todd and his wife to “provide further apologies and compensation.”
The flight attendant allegedly felt ‘unsafe’ with the couple on board, so Delta employees removed them after the plane returned to the gate.
Although Delta apologized and booked the couple on a first-class trip to New York, Todd said he was owed additional compensation after removing the initial video of the incident.
Todd told View from the Wing that the plane then returned to the gate and Delta employees removed him and his wife from the flight because the flight attendant felt “unsafe.”
The passenger said that after showing the video to Delta, officials apologized for the incident and booked first-class tickets for him and his wife to New York.
While Todd’s video was originally posted in November, he removed it “as an act of good faith” when a Delta representative reached out to him to make it up to him and his wife for what they experienced.
However, Todd said that the representative, Kenneth Jabonski, has not spoken to him since, prompting the man to share the video once again, which has gone viral on social media.
“This out of control flight attendant verbally assaulted us, threatened us and mistakenly kicked us off our flight in November,” Todd posted on Jan. 30 along with the video.
