Delta Goodrem’s luxurious childhood home in Sydney was listed on the market last week by her mother Lea and it has quickly been purchased for $4million.
The five-bedroom, four-bathroom Glenhaven property will no longer have to head to auction on April 2 as it was snapped up for its exact sale price.
Described by the real estate agent as an ‘entertainer’s paradise’, it is of particular interest to music fans as Delta, 38, wrote songs for her 2003 debut album Innocent Eyes there.
The well-kept property features a stylish combination of modern architecture and traditional trappings such as a paved courtyard.
Real estate agent Michael Roberts added the home’s wide variety of amenities combined with its prime suburban location made it very attractive to buyers.

‘It’s got everything a family needs, including a tennis court and pool in a quiet bush location. It is also close to shops and schools,’ he said.
It comes after Delta revealed why she likes to keep her relationship with her guitarist boyfriend Matthew Copley out of the limelight.
The Aussie singer has had a number of high-profile romances – including Westlife’s Brian McFadden and Nick Jonas – and she now wants to be more low-key.

Speaking to the Australian Woman’s Weekly, Delta admitted she learnt quite young that she prefers to keep her romantic relationships more private.
The couple first met while on tour in 2017 as Matthew is the guitarist in her band, and a year later it was revealed they were official.
‘Matthew is my guitarist, I met him through music,’ Delta told the publication.
Speaking to InStyle Australia in 2018, the former Voice coach said that she made the decision to keep her relationships out of the public eye when she turned 30.
