Delta Goodrem’s impressive childhood home in Sydney is going up for auction on April 2 with a price tag of $4 million.
The 38-year-old hitmaker spent her early years in the posh four-bedroom Glenhaven estate, but after several decades, her mother Lea made the difficult decision to sell.

The lavish property is of particular interest to music fans, as it’s where a teenage Delta girl wrote the songs for her debut album, 2002’s Innocent Eyes, which helped launch her singing career.

Real estate agent Michael Roberts added that the house has everything a family could want.
“It has everything a family needs, including a tennis court and a swimming pool in a quiet location and close to shops and schools,” he said.
It comes after Delta revealed why she likes to keep her relationship with guitarist boyfriend Matthew Copley out of the spotlight.
“It is such a wonderful house, full of laughter and great memories that I will always treasure. But now it’s just me and the animals,” Lea told Realestate.com.au.

speaking to Australian Women’s WeeklyDelta admitted that she learned quite young that she prefers to keep her romantic relationships more private.
The couple first met while on tour in 2017 when Matthew is the guitarist in their band, and a year later it was revealed that they were official.
“Matthew is my guitar player, I met him through music,” Delta told the publication.
Speaking to InStyle Australia in 2018, the former Voice coach said she made the decision to keep her relationships out of the public eye when she turned 30.
