An Australian mother has been baffled after video emerged of a delivery man appearing to dump her groceries on the side of the road.
Kate had ordered $100 worth of groceries online from Woolworths and was waiting for them to be delivered to her home in Werribee, Melbourne, on Sunday.
She had taken advantage of the supermarket giant’s one-hour delivery service, which cost an additional $15.
Her order, including ingredients for dinners and lunches for the week ahead, arrived around 5:30 p.m. that evening, with the delivery person flustered.
The driver first opened the wrong door when getting groceries out of the car and then reversed into a bush while trying to drive down the driveway.
Kate said she was a little shocked but didn’t think much of the bizarre behavior until a video surfaced in a local Facebook group.

A local man had confronted the driver shortly before the drop-off after seeing the groceries being dumped by the side of a dirt road.
The images show how a pile of bags and boxes lie on the floor.
“Mate, I’m watching you throw that mess over there, what’s that?” said the local to the delivery man.
“Shouldn’t it go to a customer?”
The driver holds out a Woolworths shopping bag to the locals, insisting that the groceries went to a customer.
The locals remain in disbelief and point out that there isn’t even a house here.
‘What are you doing?’ he said. “You smart son of a bitch. You sly goddamn dog.’
The delivery man then begins placing the groceries in the back seat of the vehicle, apologizes to the man, and walks over to the driver’s side of the car.
“Don’t say hello to me, pig,” said the locals.
Watching the video, Kate realized why the delivery driver was so excited when he arrived at her house.
Footage captured by another local resident shows the man leaning over the groceries as they lay on the side of the road just 50 meters away from the mother’s house.
“The place where he dumped the groceries was right in front of my house,” Kate told the paper Herald Sun.
“Obviously he had passed my driveway, about 50 yards, and was too lazy to turn back, so he decided to ditch them.
“(Only) until he was confronted by the passerby, he loaded the groceries back into the car and delivered them to me.”
A spokesperson for Woolworths told Daily Mail Australia they are investigating the matter.
“We are concerned to see this happen and have taken immediate action to contact our delivery partner,” he said.
