In response to this unsolicited advice, Jacobs expressed her dissatisfaction.

‘Yes, we still receive these types of emails. It went to the entire newsroom. Yes, I was on the air at the time. Yes, it is meant to shame and humiliate me. No, what I’m wearing isn’t inappropriate, but your email certainly is.’ she wrote.
