Deborah Knight has responded to rumors that she will replace Tracy Grimshaw as host of A Current Affair.

The veteran 2GB and Nine News host, 49, shared: New idea she would love to host the news show, but also enjoys her role on 2GB radio.

“I love my time at ACA and I love my radio performance,” Deborah explained.

“Whatever happens, it’s a win-win because I get to wake up every day and do what I love,” she added.

It comes after viewers called on the Nine News host to take over the top job, describing her as “professional,” “refreshing” and “natural.”
