In 2019, Dean joined the dating app Bumble in an attempt to find love after splitting from his partner Sarah in 2015.
A source said at the time: “He’s a down-to-earth guy who doesn’t take life too seriously and just wants someone to spend time with. Dean knows he’s casting the net wide, but he thinks there’s more chance of meeting Mrs Right that way.”
In 2021, Dean then signed for the celebrity dating app Raya, after failing to find a partner on Bumble or Tinder.
His profile states that Dean chose the 1989 song “This Woman’s Work” by Kate Bush.
A subscription to Raya costs £7.99 and users must go through a strict selection process before they can meet other stars.
Other stars previously linked to the app include Ben Affleck, Jack Whitehall and Harry Styles, Cara Delevingne, Sam Thompson and Paul Mescal.

He was evicted from the series, but his campmate Myleene Klass won the season.
The star was first considered for the COVID-safe version of the show which took place during lockdown at Gwrych Castle in North Wales in 2020.
And after medical tests were carried out to determine his possible appearance, doctors were concerned about what they were seeing as the results of the tests. Dean was now convinced that the I’m A Celebrity tests had saved his life.
He told The Mirror: ‘There’s no doubt that I’m a celebrity and the medical team saved my life. I wouldn’t be here today if they hadn’t found what they did.’
Doctors discovered several polyps in his colon, which required emergency surgery.
“Within hours I was in a hospital gown and under general anesthesia. Then they took it out,” Dean explains.
After recovering from his surgery, Dean claims a doctor told him, “If you hadn’t come to us today, that could have turned into colon cancer within three years. You’re very lucky.”
