A transitional teen who had a double mastectomy at age 15 has revealed she is suing the surgeons who operated on her.
Chloe Cole said she had taken legal action against the doctors to hold them “responsible” for removing her breasts and pumping puberty blockers.
The 18-year-old also said she was “devastated” by the surgery and fears she will never be able to have children again.
She switched to a 13-year-old man after telling her parents she was “concerned” about her gender and consulting medical professionals.
Cole, of California’s Central Valley, had the life-changing surgery when she was just 15, before regretting it and making the switch a year later.
Now she said she is suing the doctors who operated on her and reprimanding them for letting a child make such an important decision.

She told Fox News’ Tucker Carlson, “They were concerned and they wanted the best for me.
But they didn’t quite know what to do with me so they sought professional help and from that point on I was basically referred [to] into my gender identity without any questions from medical professionals, and they pushed for transition as the way to treat gender dysphoria.”
She said she was devastated that she lost her breasts and feared she would never be able to have children.
Cole said, “As an adult I will never be able to breastfeed the children I will have.
“I don’t even know if because I was on puberty blockers and testosterone when I was 13, I don’t know if I’ll be able to conceive a child naturally.
“As a child I made an adult decision.” She said suing the doctors was an attempt to prevent the practice from being applied to other children.
She continued: “I want to hold the adults who put me in danger responsible because what happened to me is terrible.
“But it didn’t just happen to me, that’s the worst. It’s happening to kids all over the US, across the West, and it’s spreading all over the world.
“I want to be able to set a precedent for other people who have been in my situation to find justice for themselves.”

Her attorney Harmeet Dhillon said they filed a medical malpractice lawsuit against the doctors and that she was represented by the Center for American Liberty.
She said: ‘Our website at libertycenter.org has the letter, a very detailed letter describing all the medical symptoms Chloe has and the medical malpractice.’
She added: ‘And frankly, the mutilations that were perpetrated by these medical professionals. We intend to put a stop to these barbaric and unnatural practices.”
Cole started suffering from gender dysphoria at the age of nine and spoke to a pediatrician about it when she was twelve.
She claims she was then forced into gender transition surgery and took puberty blockers and hormones between the ages of 13 and 17 and had a double mastectomy.
Her lawsuit alleges that doctors told her her gender dysphoria would never go away and said she was at high risk of suicide unless she passed.
She claims they asked her parents, “Would you rather have a dead daughter or a living son?”
Last month, Cole called Joe Biden’s stance on “gender-confirming” medical treatment “dangerous.”

She said she believed the president was “trying to advocate for further experiments on children.”
In an interview with six progressive activists, including trans TikTok star Dylan Mulvaney, Biden was asked about his stance on whether states should regulate the medical treatment of minors with gender dysphoria.
“Sometimes they try to prevent you from accessing certain medications, accessing certain procedures and so on,” he said.
“I don’t think any state or anyone should have the right to do that. As a moral question and as a legal question, I just think it’s wrong.’
“What Biden said is dangerous,” Cole said. “He’s trying to advocate for further experiments on children.”
Her response is based on the regret she feels now, suggesting future teens could be guided on a path to irreversible treatment.
Gender dysphoria is the term to describe a feeling of unease that a person experiences due to conflicting biological sex and gender identity.
Cole added that she was “disappointed” by Biden’s decision to speak with Mulvaney and that the beginning of the interview was politically motivated.
“I seriously doubt he really believes in it,” said Cole
“He’s an older man and his views on things have been inconsistent over the years.”

An increasing number of people who have undergone gender transition procedures express regret about their choices, and many say they feel they have been influenced without proper guidance to make drastic choices.
A 32-year-old Massachusetts detransitioner who uses Shape Shifter says he was “brainwashed” into removing his penis by staff at Fenway Health and The Philadelphia Center for Transgender Surgery, who did not warn him of the negative effects of surgery because it was ‘bad for business’.
“I will never be able to get my penis back, which is extremely traumatic for me,” he said in an August interview. “I want it back and I can’t. Sex is traumatic for me now because I’ve had botched surgeries.”

A 26-year-old from the UK named Sam says she regrets the transition she went through at 21.
Sam said she made the decision to switch after just two hours of counseling.
“I believe that therapy should be involved at all stages of the transition process to help identify and investigate red flags that may arise during a person’s transition process.
“I also believe that more information should be given to individuals to ensure that their informed consent is truly informed.

Alia Ismail, a 27-year-old from Michigan, is transitioning after becoming a man at age 18.
She legally changed her name to Issa in August 2015 and had a double mastectomy in February 2016.
But after realizing she wanted to de-transition, the 27-year-old stopped taking male hormones in February 2021 and is going back under the name Alia.
