She concluded: ‘A brilliant director and photographer, Baz, enthusiastic, creative, inclusive, so much fun to work with!!’

Haddon was tragically found lifeless in a second-floor bedroom of a home in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, on Friday, December 27.

According to the police report, 76-year-old Walter Blucas was also found unconscious on the first floor.

He was transported to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey, where he remains under medical care.

Investigators concluded that a carbon monoxide leak caused by a defective flue and exhaust pipe in the gas heating system was the cause.

“This tragic incident is a stark reminder of the importance of carbon monoxide safety in our homes,” the police report said in a Dec. 28 update.

Haddon, a celebrated model and actress, was also the mother of journalist Ryan Haddon, who is married to actor Marc Blucas.
