Daycare worker scares toddlers as she puts on Halloween mask, SCREAMS at children who were ‘bad’

Several Mississippi daycare workers are under fire after video shows them using a terrifying Halloween mask to torture children who were “evil.”
The videos surfaced on social media earlier this week, showing several workers trying to scare children into better behavior in a ‘horrific’ action against innocent children.
One of the videos widely shared online shows a nurse telling the woman in the mask to avoid certain toddlers who “have been good” and saying “don’t get her.”
The children can be seen sobbing as the woman makes her way through several classrooms, yelling and yelling at the children.

The daycare worker terrorized the group of children, all of whom are believed to be under the age of five due to their fostering status
The video, which lasts over two minutes, shows the woman at one point leaning towards a child who was “bad” and asking “are you bad?” Should I take you outside?’
The child, visibly upset and trying to hide his face from the woman in the mask, yells ‘no’ and shakes his head at her question.
Despite his reaction, the woman yells right in the boy’s face before yelling, “You’d better be good.”
The daycare worker then switches classrooms while the children in the first room continue to cry and tell the second group of children they’d better be ready.
At least three children can be seen trying to hide behind a cupboard while the woman bangs on the door.

In another video, this one just 25 seconds, the childcare worker screams behind the mask at a table of kids who appear to be eating lunch.
The woman screams right in the face of a little girl, causing the child to jump up and shudder in fear.
She walks away and then returns to the young girl, screaming again, before walking around the table.
Another video shows a child covering his ears while the woman screams, and another shouting “mama” as the worker continues to terrorize the group.

A daycare worker who claims to have filmed the videos shared a lengthy response to Facebook on Thursday, saying she recorded the incidents not because she thought it was funny, but because she was trying to show parents her colleagues’ actions.
Jennifer Kayla Newman said on Facebook that she initially had no intention of making a statement, but as the video went viral, she felt the need to say something.
“A few weeks ago some girls from the nursery bought Halloween masks to scare the kids, they did it and I never got it on video,” she said.
The childcare worker went on to claim that her idea of recording came from previous “claps on the wrist” received from her colleagues about issues she brought to the owners without proof.
The woman was not afraid to get close to the children who were terrified of her and tried to get away from her every chance they could.

“When I heard she was going to do it again, I recorded to get the proof and then the video was sent to the parents to show them how their child was being treated,” the woman wrote.
“I didn’t film this for sh**s and giggles. It wasn’t funny to me. I didn’t have any fun with this. The one yelling in the kids’ faces is NOT me. The one standing next to the screaming girl is NOT me. That smile in the video is NOT me,” Newman said on Facebook.
She also said that calling the police “was of no use” without proof and that the cameras in the nursery are not working.
This prompted her to take action herself.

‘I have nothing to hide. I did what I thought was best at the time. MAYBE I didn’t go about it 100 percent the way I should have, but my intentions were good,” Newman said Thursday.
The daycare worker even said those who shame her for taking it should feel bad “because if it wasn’t for me and another colleague, this probably would have happened tomorrow.”
DailyMail.com attempted to contact Lil’ Blessings Childcare but received no response or statement from officials.
Monroe County officials say they are investigating the videos from the daycare
Calls were also made to law enforcement in Monroe County, Mississippi, the county where the daycare is located, but were not answered at the time of publication.
In a statement published on Facebook on Thursday, officials said they are investigating the incident.
The Monroe County, MS Sheriff’s Department is aware of videos from the Hamilton daycare center and is working with the District Attorney to see if there are potential criminal charges to be filed, a report said.
