Davina McCall reveals what it REALLY takes to get a body like hers at 55 – but admits it needs a lot of work (and plenty of air freshener!)

Then comes breakfast, but bacon, eggs and a piping hot cup of coffee are definitely not on the menu for the health-conscious star.
“I have powdered bovine collagen,” she admitted. ‘I’d probably have muesli and milk for breakfast, but sometimes if I’m naughty I’ll make a crumpet.’
Ze waarschuwde: ‘Als je er nieuw mee bent, zorg er dan voor dat je in de buurt van vrienden bent, want het is heel erg scheet. There’s just so much fiber in it.’
‘Ik weet dat je het een rommeltje vindt, maar ik voel me weer normaal en durf te zeggen: soms voel ik me beter dan ik me in jaren en jaren heb gevoeld’, zei ze. “So for me it’s worth it.”
She told The Sun: ‘What I like about the show is that it’s a great reminder to society that you don’t give up on intimacy and sex when you’re forty, fifty or sixty.
‘In fact, it could be the sexiest time of your life, once the kids’ luggage is gone, they’ve all flown the nest and you can actually go for it again!

Davina knows all too well how to find love again when she is older.
In 2017, she announced her divorce from Matthew Robertson, her husband of 17 years, with whom she shares three children with Holly, 21, Tilly, 19, and 16-year-old Chester.
Two years later she went public with her romance with hairdresser Michael Douglas, 48, who she is still happily dating.
