Davide Sanclimenti criticizes this winter series Love Island and says that it is “not entertaining”

Davide Sanclimenti Admits He ISN’T Watching Love Island, Calls Current Season Of Dating Show ‘Not Entertaining’ – 7 Months After Winning

He won Love Island with his girlfriend Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu just seven months ago.

But Davide Sanclimenti has revealed that he has not been tuning in to the current series of the ITV2 dating show.

The Italian hunk admitted this week that despite having been out of town for a short time, he hasn’t found this edition of the show very entertaining to watch.

It seems you’re not alone in that opinion, as it was reported last month that the show’s ratings plummeted to the lowest level in five years.

speaking to MirrorDavide explained: ‘I haven’t seen Love Island due to time constraints and also because I probably didn’t find any entertainment this year.’

Davide Sanclimenti took a dig at this winter Love Island season this week when he admitted he’s not watching due to a lack of ‘entertainment’

He and Ekin-Su were fan favorites on the show’s recent summer series, which was filmed in Spain.

But when Love Island returned to Cape Town in January, the launch drew just 1.2 million average viewers, a 1 million drop from Davide’s series.

The islanders are also on a social media break during their time in the villa due to the show’s new duty of care.

But these new rules mean this year’s Islanders have a significantly lower social media presence, while Davide boasts 1.9m followers since his passing.

He’s been plagued by rumors of an engagement to girlfriend Ekin-Su in recent weeks, but he confirmed to MailOnline this week that was out of the question at the moment.

Admitting that it’s still early days as the couple have only known each other for six months, she revealed that she wouldn’t be opposed to getting down on one knee after the two-year mark.

He explained to MailOnline: “Even if we’re so close, the reality is we’ve only known each other for six months, so it would be nice to see at least a two-year relationship before committing for life.”

“This is what I will always love for the fans to understand, that even if everything is perfect, it seems like a dream, you have to be realistic.”

Bored? Speaking to The Mirror, Davide explained: “I haven’t watched Love Island due to time constraints and also because I probably didn’t find any entertainment this year.”

Not Acting: It seems you’re not alone in that opinion, as it was reported last month that the show’s ratings plummeted to the lowest level in five years.

And before you commit for life, I think it would be wise to wait at least two years, you know, so you can find out more about the other person.

“We’ve always been honest and true to ourselves, so when we go out [of Love Island] it could go very wrong or it could go very well as it is doing.

‘Actually we realized that we are the same person. They start to like each other more and more. We meet sometimes, I tell her: “You’re like me if I’m going to be a woman”, and she tells me the same thing. I feel that we found in each other a soul mate.’

‘No, it’s crazy that, honestly, we’re the same person. There is nothing different about what we like, about what we want to do, our opinion about things, how even about everyday life, how we like to enjoy our activities.

‘It’s like discovering myself in the other gender, you know?’

Wrapping Up: She won the dating show last year alongside Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, but she has shut down the engagement rumors this week.
