David Warner and his family enjoy a New Year’s Day cricket match with Prime Minister Anthony Albanese at Kirribilli House in Sydney
David Warner enjoyed a New Years game of cricket with a very special guest on Sunday.
The 36-year-old cricketer joined Prime Minister Anthony Albanese at Kirribilli House in Sydney for a friendly match.
The politician got athletic on the field with David’s daughters Ivy, seven, Indi, six, and Isla, three, whom he shares with his wife of seven years, Candice, 36.

The family first chatted with the prime minister inside the iconic venue, with Albanese couple Jodie Haydon crouching down to speak to the young women.
They then headed out onto the lawn to play a match of cricket, with the lively PM catching balls hit by David and the children present.
David’s wife, Candice, was also in on the game, looking stunning in a burnt orange maxi dress.
The politician got athletic on the field with David’s daughters Ivy, seven, Indi, six, and Isla, three, whom he shares with his wife of seven years, Candice.
The group headed out onto the lawn to play a game of cricket.
The lively PM was catching balls hit by David and the children present.

It comes after David shared a moving tribute to Candice after putting on an unforgettable show at the MCG at the annual Boxing Day cricket match.
He posted a series of photos with his wife on Instagram and expressed his love for her.
There are no words that can describe my love for you!! Thank you so much for everything you do for the girls and for me,” she began.
David and Anthony posed side by side with a stunning view of the water in the background.

Anthony was smartly dressed in a blue jacket and matching shirt.
David effortlessly smashed the ball around the grass.

David continued: ‘These last few weeks have been challenging but you have kept us in a positive frame of mind.

Anthony took off his jacket and enthusiastically struggled with the children.
