West Ham head coach David Moyes was the subject of a shock investigation from Spartak Moscow earlier this month.
Moyes’ future is currently unclear as his Hammers contract expires at the end of the season.
The experienced Scot will hold talks with owner David Sullivan at the end of the season, during which a possible exit will be decided.
But Mail Sport understands Spartak have made plans to take advantage of the uncertainty surrounding Moyes after checking his availability.
The Moscow side sacked Guille Abascal a fortnight ago and have identified potential targets to replace the Spaniard.

Sources indicate that Moyes is reluctant to commit to Spartak, especially when he is fully focused on the rest of the season at West Ham.

Sporting Lisbon boss Ruben Amorim, who is open to a move to the Premier League this summer, has held talks with West Ham but his potential appointment has been played down.
