David Koch takes a brutal swipe at Sunrise co-host Natalie Barr after she gets defensive over Uber findings
Sunrise presenter David ‘Kochie’ Koch took a brutal swipe at his co-host Natalie Barr on Wednesday after she became defensive over a report on Australian Uber drivers.
Kochie, 67, discussed findings showing Western Australian Uber drivers had the lowest ratings of any Australian state with reporter Edwina Bartholomew, 39,
The findings ruffled the feathers of Bunbury native Natalie, 55, who told her co-hosts she questioned the validity of the findings.
“Should I go back to Uber and say Natalie Barr wants to see your CEO?” snapped Edwina.
“On behalf of all sandpipers, I demand a recount,” Natalie replied.

Kochie then conducted a snide dig at Nat, asking Bartholomew, “Did Nat interrupt you again?” We rest our case.’
Edwina then burst out laughing at Kochie’s brutal dig as Nat looked on in embarrassment.

On Monday, Kochie called Natalie “annoying” when discussing Phillip Schofield’s shock departure from This Morning with British correspondent Steve Hargrave.
Steve explained that Philip had left the show after the breakup of his friendship with his co-host Holly Willoughby, which is said to have started when Phil’s brother was on trial for sex offenses against a teenage boy.
Kochie then said, “In that kind of job you can supposedly annoy each other from time to time. Can not you?’
“Do you want to talk about this?” Steve said as Natalie burst into laughter.
Kochie asked Natalie, “Have you been keeping secrets from me?”
“No big ones, just the little ones. Obviously people would annoy each other for years,” she joked.
