David de Gea could reportedly leave Manchester United at the end of the season, with a number of LaLiga clubs poised to sign the Spanish star.

Erik ten Hag said this week the club has “not made a decision on De Gea” as his contract expires at the end of the season and an extension has not yet been agreed – although United have the option to extend for another year.

United are constantly linked with Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak for next season, despite the Slovenian stopper only recently signing a new deal tying him to the club until 2028. Oblak would cost around £35 million.

Erik ten Hag has said De Gea’s future at United remains unclear at the moment

Any goalkeeper arrival at Old Trafford could push De Gea further out the door. But he would have no shortage of suitors with a number of clubs in LaLiga keeping an eye on the situation, according to Estadio Deportivo.

One could be Atletico, if they allow Oblak to move to Manchester, but there is also interest from both Real Betis and Sevilla for the 31-year-old.

Betis could move to De Gea once 39-year-old Claudio Bravo’s future is more clear, while Rui Silva is seen as one of their more salable assets and could move next summer – clearing a spot for the potential free transfer of the United goalkeeper.

In Seville, the club has the Moroccan number one Yassine Bounou or the Serb Mark Dmitrovic in the books. They could consider bringing in the Spanish star from United if one of them were to leave the club.

De Gea came to Manchester United in 2011, celebrating his 500th appearance for the club last weekend.

Last week, the Spaniard announced that he wants to stay with the club until well after his current contract expires.

“This is my club and where I feel good,” he said. “I’m playing well and feeling really good. I still have many years to play. Yeah, I’d like to stay here for years and make records for competitions and stuff.

‘With my experience I want to try to help the young people here and win prizes. I feel very confident.’

During his time at Old Trafford, he was named Player of the Season four times and won Premier League, Europa League, FA Cup and League Cup medals.
