Tom Brady “looked bored” during a coffee chat with entrepreneur David Grutman in Sardinia, according to a witty Instagram comment by David Beckham.

The legendary quarterback has been enjoying himself since he retired in February and looks set to head to Europe for his latest adventure.

Miami-based entrepreneur and businessman David Grutman shared a photo with 45-year-old Brady on a boat on his Instagram page, captioning it “Coffee Talk.”

And that’s where their mutual friend David Beckham stepped in, hilariously responding to the 48-year-old’s post with “Tom looks a little bored to be honest,” followed by a crying with laughter emoji and a gaping emoji.

Brady replied, but not directly to Beckham, simply saying, “I’m ready for my hospitality internship” with a series of laughing emojis — Grutman, who is worth an estimated $55 million, owns several high-end restaurants in Miami .

Earlier on Tuesday, DailyMail.Com reported exclusively that Brady would love to return to the NFL and retire for a second time, but has too many commitments to allow for a return.

A source close to the 45-year-old told Mail Sport: “Tom misses football, loves to play and would love nothing more than to compete on the biggest stage again and win another Super Bowl.

But as great as those thoughts sound, he’s made the decision to retire from the NFL once and for all.

“He now has an ownership interest in the Raiders, and while he is very familiar with the coaching staff in Las Vegas and the fact that the Super Bowl will be played in Vegas next season, it is very unlikely and close at this point. to impossible that Tom would come back next year to play for the Raiders or any other NFL team.

“At the moment, his other entertainment and business ventures, as well as the fact that he will be a future play-by-play announcer for FOX, are really taking up all of his time.”

Brady will enter the broadcast booth in Fall 2024 with FOX — with whom he signed a $375 million deal — while also owning an eponymous clothing brand, Brady Brand.

Brady announced his retirement from the NFL on Feb. 1 in an emotional video, insisting that this time he was leaving for good.

During his final season, he announced his divorce from Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen after 13 years of marriage. Brady had two children with Bundchen (Vivian and Benjamin), and also has a son with ex-wife Bridget Moynahan (Jack).

Beckham, meanwhile, has had a close friendship with Brady. The two were pictured together at a pizzeria in Miami days before his retirement announcement.

And when Brady’s decision was announced to the world, Beckham responded to his post: “Nobody did it better.”

Brady won seven Super Bowls over the course of his outstanding career.

His last game came on January 16, when the Bucs were defeated 31-14 by the Dallas Cowboys in the playoffs.
