David Beador, 58, and wife, 39, file domestic violence restraining orders on EACH OTHER amid divorce

Real Housewives Of Orange County alum David Beador, 58, and his wife Lesley, 39, filed a restraining order against each other amid their acrimonious split and second divorce filing last month.

David – who last week reunited with his reality star ex-wife Shannon, 59, after years – and Lesley both claim their orders are necessary because of their alleged behavior towards each other and their two-year-old daughter Anna Love Beador, according to court filings obtained by People on Friday.

The restraining order for domestic violence serves to protect people against abuse or the threat of abuse by someone with whom they have a close relationship.

Lesley claims she has applied and is requesting a supervised visit for David’s alleged “threats, harassment and hostile behavior” towards their young daughter, causing them to “fear for our safety and suffer significant physical and emotional distress.”

In the documents, the woman claimed she came to an agreement with her estranged husband that she would be able to use their rental home in Laguna Beach until June 30 and that she would be paid $40,000 to find another home after that date in addition to joint legal and physical custody of their daughter.

However, People writes that Lesley claims that “Since signing the provision, which was only six days ago, David has threatened, harassed, and created a hostile environment for both Anna and me.”

In addition to her card being cut off and access to their joint bank account, Lesley claims that “this has been a pattern with David over the course of our relationship, where he takes the credit cards he gives me and then when he gets mad, takes them . mine.’

The younger woman also claims she “suffered many times from physical, mental and emotional abuse” during their brief marriage. I couldn’t “escape” him because of the financial control he had over me. After our daughter was born it got worse.’

In David’s filing, he claims his estranged wife’s request for a restraining order is because she has “changed her mind and is not satisfied” with the original agreement signed at the end of May, adding “this is purely bad faith ‘.

He also claimed that because Lesley allegedly failed to comply with the terms of the agreement, he had no choice but to seek the protection order.

David also claims that the former couple “have intense and heated arguments, and these last few months of constant separation and reconciliation have damaged both of us, but I now genuinely fear for my safety, and Anna’s to the point.” that I have no choice but to make this request.

“Her shameless act of hitting me in front of our frightened two-year-old and [her] eight-year-old [daughter] Inga confirms to me that she not only has an eye for my safety, but also for Anna’s emotional and physical safety.

“Her attempts to extort me are also intimidating and make me genuinely fear for my safety.”

In September, David filed for divorce from Lesley.

The former reality star cited celebrity-favorite “irreconcilable differences” as the reason behind the filing and interestingly listed the divorce date as September 15, the same date as the divorce filing.

David and Lesley got married in October 2020 and welcomed their bouncing daughter just four months later.

After the first lawsuit in September, Lesley had claimed she filed for divorce after he was fired, but hers was ultimately rejected as well.

Last month, in May 2023, the couple filed for divorce again.

She filed for divorce on May 29, while he filed for divorce a day later, on May 30.

David was previously married to reality star Shannon for 17 years as his affair and breakup of their marriage were well documented on the Bravo show.

That all seems to be water under the bridge as last week Shannon was seen sporting a cheery smile as she reunited with ex-husband, David after their messy divorce in a new selfie shared on both Twitter and Instagram last Friday.

The mother-of-three snapped the quick selfie in the dimly lit space, and both stars were seen in black ensembles as they enjoyed their night out.

In the caption on both the Twitter and Instagram posts, the TV personality wrote, “You never know who you’re going to run into the Silent Woman…”

Shannon also posted the photo to her Instagram stories, adding, “@thequietwomancdm-encounter,” followed by the hashtag “#itsbeenyears.”
