David and Candice Warner’s daughters enjoy a trampolining session at their $8M seven-storey clifftop mansion

David and Candice Warner are living in luxury after spending six years building their dream home.

The couple bought the Maroubra mansion in 2015 for $3.9 million and after a $4.2 million renovation, they finally moved in in 2022.

The couple’s young children clearly love the seven-story cliff-side home, with David sharing a video of his two eldest daughters enjoying the backyard.

The girls, Ivy Mae and Indi Rae, sat on the edge of a steep drop into the ocean and enjoyed a fun trampoline session, as seen in the clip posted to Instagram Stories.

After years of hard work, the Warners can finally enjoy the results of their extensive renovation.

The Warner family demolished the existing house and completely rebuilt it. The end result is truly stunning.

The seven-story ocean-view property features a “bat cave” housing David’s sports memorabilia and vast bat collection, as well as a private beach and stunning clifftop views.

‘[David and Candice] “We stay in the best hotels in the world and wanted to evoke that same sense of luxury and sophistication here,” said interior designer Alexandra Kidd The Australian.

“But at the same time, it’s a beach house, and we wanted them to feel so comfortable that they could walk in from the beach, take their shoes off and really relax.”

The couple’s three children – daughters Ivy Mae, Indi Rae and Isla Rose – were also considered in the home’s design.

“The kids are very focused on the outdoors; it’s a very active and athletic family,” Kidd told the publication.

To keep the kids entertained, the outdoor area features activity areas, hanging chairs, built-in trampolines and soft grass areas for gymnastics and much more.

Candice then gave a glimpse into what her husband’s new career could look like after he announced his partial retirement from Test cricket.

“The next six months won’t really look that different from what we’re used to,” she said The Daily Telegraph.

She explained: ‘David can take the girls to cricket, to football on Sundays’ and also pick them up from school.
