Dave Portnoy brands Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce a ‘bizarre couple’ with ZERO ‘chemistry’ after megastar traveled to Kansas City to watch NFL player – amid rumors the two are dating
Barstool Sports owner Dave Portnoy has taken aim at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce after the superstar attended a Kansas City Chiefs game to cheer on her suspected new boyfriend.
She drove fans wild by wearing a Chiefs raincoat and cheering in the stands with Kelce’s mother Donna, but Portnoy, 46, has branded the two a “bizarre” couple.
Images of the pair after the match were posted online, with Kelce, 33, donning a suit apparently inspired by the singer’s 1989 album.
Taylor, also 33, smiled at a fan filming the pair and said hello before Kelce took them to a restaurant for dinner.
‘I can’t stop watching. Such a bizarre couple to me,” Portnoy said. “It seems like there’s no chemistry, but what do I know.”

Swift was seen shouting and cheering with Kelce’s mother, Donna, throughout the game at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City as they took on the Chicago Bears on Sunday.
After the game, Kelce wore a matching set piece from “1989 Bedroom Painting” — seemingly a nod to Swift’s 2014 album, which is getting a reissue of “Taylor’s Version” on Oct. 27.
Fans made signs for the rumored couple, with coverage regularly showing the winner of the 12 Grammys on the big screen.
But Portnoy wasn’t the only critic of the two dating, with the president of Barstool New York himself taking a swipe at Taylor – despite her being a self-proclaimed ‘professional Swiftie’.
Kelly Keegs – who describes herself as ‘very sarcastic’ – called Kelce ‘gross’ in a tongue-in-cheek video and said: ‘I can’t believe Taylor is at this game, she loved all this corny b***** *T .’
‘What am I going to say? She’s at the game. He’s so dirty. I have no interest in him,” Keegs wrote on social media.
She added: “She’s with Donna Kelce, I hate everything about this. But she seems to love it. I don’t know, but she seems to love it. She’s having a good time.
“What a betrayal for the Eagles. She is an Eagles fan. She sings about Eagle T-shirts in her songs, but does she do this?

“I think she’s a little stunned. You don’t betray your team and then go jump up and down in a booth with his mom in a Chiefs jersey.
“Despite how mean and so embarrassingly lame he seems, he must have the good damn game for her so well.”
Despite the criticism, Kelce’s brother Jason – who got the couple in hot water last week by speculating about their relationship – waded into the debate.
Sharing Keeg’s video, the Philadelphia Eagles center said, “PREACH!!!! Go birds!’ in direct response to the images.
Swift, who references an Eagles shirt hanging on her door in Gold Rush, was photographed in June wearing a gray sweatshirt with the Eagles logo on it, along with a green cap.
She watched the 41-0 win from the stands and looked delighted as her suspected new man was on top form.
Although neither Swift nor Kelce have confirmed their romance, Kelce opened up on The Pat McAfee Show about how he got her to come to the game.
“It’s life, honey. I threw it out there, I threw the ball in her court. I said, “I’ve seen you rock the stage at Arrowhead, maybe you should come see me rock the stage at Arrowhead to see which one is a little more lit,” Kelce explained.

Eagles fan Taylor Swift could use some fashion tips from Donna Kelce, another fan from Philadelphia
Swift accepted the offer, as she was seen in a suite with Kelce’s mother Donna, and she was even seen cleaning up the suite.
Kelce revealed on his own podcast New Heights with his brother Jason Kelce that he went to Swift’s show at Arrowhead Stadium and tried to give her his phone number, but to no avail.
The Chiefs also welcomed their new star fan, tweeting “Welcome to Chiefs Kingdom, Taylor Swift” alongside a video of her cheering on the team.
Kelce has done little to play down the rumors and admits he invited her to see him play – as she is on a break from the Eras Tour.
Earlier this month it was reported that they were “hanging out quietly,” and then Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce — Travis’ older brother — admitted on the WIP Morning Show that he believed the news was “100 percent true.”
“I think it’s going great and I think it’s 100 percent true,” he said. “I don’t really know much about what’s going on in Travis’ love life. You know, his business is his business and I try to stay out of that world.”
Travis, who previously dated influencer and host Kayla Nicole, first tried to hook up with Swift when her Eras tour came to Kansas City over the summer.
He revealed on his New Heights podcast with Jason that he tried to get the singer a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it.
“So I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t get her one of the bracelets I made for her,” Travis said.
“She’s not meeting anyone, or at least she didn’t want to meet me. So I took it personally.”
Jason jokingly surmised that Swift, who is from Pennsylvania, refused to meet Travis because of her known fondness for the Eagles.
The brother’s mother, Donna, has a custom jersey and jacket appropriate for her shared Eagles-Chiefs fandom for her two sons.
She wore the first one during Kansas City’s Super Bowl victory over Philadelphia in February, and it has since been inducted into the Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.
