As for why men are most turned on by that type of physique, he explained that they subconsciously consider women with the “golden mean” to be “the most fertile.”

“The golden mean is the optimal benchmark for what we consider on average to be fertile and therefore sexy,” the expert explains.

‘(Scientifically speaking) that is considered the most fruitful. You are considered optimal for fertilization (if you have the ratio 70 to 30).

‘You saw that that relationship was tested over time. And it stands through time. Llook at (supermodel) Twig In the 1970s she was so thin, but she still had a golden mean of 70/30.’

However, Paul added that the most sought-after shape “can be influenced by culture,” noting that Kim Kardashian has a ratio of more than 50/50, leading others to want similar frames.

But he emphasized that the 70/30 ratio is correct on average “over hundreds of thousands of years of history.”

‘Many men ask, “What are you, a chest man? A leg man?” These may be features and characteristics that you find sexy and attractive, but on average this is what makes most men happy,” he said.

When it comes to the male body type that women find most attractive, he says the same ratio applies to the size of men’s shoulders compared to their waist.

He said it has

He said it has “stood the test of time” and explained: “Look at (supermodel) Twiggy in the 1970s, she was so skinny, but she still had a 70/30 middle ground.” Twiggy is seen in 1967

He explained that women are attracted to men with broad shoulders because they feel they can “protect” them.

“The reason why (bold shoulders) looks sexy is because before, ultimately, he could have been a protector,” he continued. “That’s where that came from.”

Paul revealed that he has even used this knowledge of the 70/30 ratio to help some of his clients find love.

“What I always did was if I had a male client and he didn’t really represent the middle ground, I would say put on this blazer with wide shoulder pads,” he revealed.

Also during the performance, Paul – who has built a following of more than 264,000 followers on Instagram by regularly sharing his insights – shared the ultimate relationship red flag, meaning a breakup is 99 percent likely: contempt.

“If you have a partner who despises you, there’s a 99 percent chance you’ll break up as a couple,” he revealed.

‘The reason for this is that true contempt suggests that you are on a completely different level than your partner.

‘It’s a form of disrespect. You tell your partner that you are no longer on my level. I see it all the time.

‘I see couples arguing and you see the eye rolling, the look away and the look back – in those exact moments a partner says, ‘You’re not even on my level, you shouldn’t even be in my presence.’

“When you see that level of disrespect from your partner, you know they don’t respect you, they don’t appreciate you.”

Other traits he warned could ruin a relationship included “criticism, defensiveness and stonewalling.”
