Police have been called in to investigate after a man’s body was found on an industrial estate.
The body of a 46-year-old man was found at the facility on Georgina Crescent in Yarrawonga, in the south-east Darwin center of Palmerston in the Northern Territory, about 7.20am on Tuesday.
“The exact circumstances of the death are currently unknown,” NT Police said.
“The investigation is in its early stages and forensic investigations into serious crimes are currently underway,” Detective Senior Sergeant Ashley Dudson said.
‘At this stage we would urge anyone with information, however important, to please get in touch.’
As part of the ongoing investigation, police have specifically appealed for anyone with CCTV and dashcam footage of the area between 7.30pm on Monday and 7.30am on Tuesday to contact them.
