Mother of Princess Beatrice’s stepson Dara Huang, 41, shows off her enviable figure as she poses in a bikini and enjoys ice cream on a European summer getaway
The mother of Princess Beatrice’s stepson showed off her impressive figure in a bikini as she documented her sunny European vacation.
Dara Huang, 41, who shares eight-year-old Christopher ‘Wolfie’ with her ex Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, took on Instagram to share photos of herself enjoying homemade ice cream.
The American architect posed in a chic swimsuit that accentuated her enviable body, consisting of a red top and black-and-white bottoms.
Dara wore her raven-black locks loose and smiled for the camera as she sampled dessert from a stall.
Videos were also shared on social media showing fruit being cut into pieces to be used in the sweet treat and later mixed with dairy products.

“Ever wondered how ice cream is made?” she wrote in the caption. “What happens when you have your own ice cream stand.”
It is not known in which country Dara is currently located, but later message Her photo of a plate of fruit on the beach confirmed that the social media star, who has 66,600 followers on Instagram, is in Europe for a “working holiday”.
Last month, she shared a series of adorable photos on social media of herself and Wolfie enjoying a glamorous weekend getaway in Paris.
Dara, who previously designed for Four Seasons hotels, wrote in her post that it had always been Wolfie’s dream to see the Eiffel Tower.
The series of photos and videos see Wolfie looking up at the Parisian architecture while his devoted mother snaps a cute picture from below.
In another photo, Dara sits with her young son in a restaurant, as he leans against her shoulder for a loving hug.
Dara gave the sweet caption Instagram message: ‘We did it!!! Wolfie’s dream was to see the Eiffel Tower and we made his dream come true this weekend.
‘I had the most romantic weekend with my little man. Hard to believe Paris is only a two hour train ride from London.’

The two weren’t just touring the city for sightseeing. Mother and son appeared to be staying in a lavish mansion, complete with a swimming pool and a selection of large bedrooms.
Dara shared several videos of herself posing in the many mirrors in the French home, as well as several videos of Wolfie exploring the vast new area.
A clip shows Wolfie jumping into a large outdoor pool as Dara cheers him on from the sidelines and congratulates him on his bomb dive.
Christopher ‘Wolfie’ Mapelli Mozzi was born on March 28, 2016. Dara and Edo decided to split two years later, in 2018.
Edo and Beatrice are the parents of two-year-old Sienna Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi and, together with Dara and her current partner, are the parents of ‘Wolfie’.
Wolfie made his first royal appearance last December at the Together At Christmas service at Westminster Abbey, alongside Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

Dara was born and raised in America, where her maternal grandfather emigrated from Taiwan. She was granted British citizenship last year.
Dura opened up about the co-parenting dynamic between her and her ex-fiancé, saying she’s glad her 8-year-old son has “two sets of parents trying to help him on both sides.”
Dara added: ‘It’s all about your point of view. I don’t understand people who are divorced and then keep their children as collateral; it doesn’t make sense.
“It’s about creating a happy home and a happy lifestyle.”
She told Harper’s Bazaar: ‘Wolfie had two sets of parents who tried to help him on both sides, and I always think, ‘The more, the more fun.’
“I feel lucky to have such positive people around me, who really embrace him. Because it didn’t have to be this easy.”

Dara, a Harvard-educated architect who grew up in Florida, has a BA from the University of Florida and transferred to the Ivy League school for her Masters in Architecture. She now lives in Chelsea, West London.
