Ings’ absence leaves Michail Antonio as West Ham’s only in-form striker with £35.5m summer signing Gianluca Scamacca still recovering from his own knee injury.
West Ham’s crucial win against the Toffees gave Moyes under pressure three much-needed points and proved to be the final nail in the coffin for Frank Lampard, who was sacked by Everton bosses on Monday.
Since then, former Leeds manager Marcelo Bielsa has become an early favorite for the Goodison Park hot seat.
