Danniella Westbrook undergoes stunning transformation for her 49th birthday

Danniella Westbrook looked stunning as she celebrated her 49th birthday on Saturday.

The actress took to Instagram to share a photo of herself looking very glamorous before spending time with her friends in the north of England.

Former EastEnders star Danniella was in a good mood but shared how she had fallen into a deep depression a few days earlier.

She wrote on the social media site: “Funny how a picture can make everyone think that life is okay… Two days before that, I wanted my life to end.

‘Thank god for my son and his lady, Chad and my friends, I call my family xx without you this picture wouldn’t have happened at all.

“Sometimes the people who should be closest to us aren’t the ones who hurt you the most, lie to you and don’t even really like you.

“It’s true what they say, you can choose your friends, but not your family. And that is definitely a blessing that a family can look perfect from the outside. Perfect house, perfect smile, but it’s just a filter of life.

“A family doesn’t lie and talk and don’t go behind your back and don’t pretend you’re the problem to question it.

It’s okay not to be perfect and it’s okay not to like people. Just be real, because people’s actions can hurt someone self-loathing. And that they don’t want to wake up.

“So today I am grateful to my Scouse family, my friends, my son and Chad xxx Big love to you all Westie xxxx. ps I’m fine now, don’t worry x.’

It comes after former Celebrity Big Brother housemate Danniella raised concerns last week when she shared a bizarre tweet and then deleted it.

The former EastEnders star made her 228k Twitter fans compete when she shared an eyebrow-raising tweet that read: ‘I. I oil ii. I’m so glad I did. Ii N I. I.’

Danniella also appeared to take a swipe at her ex-fiancé David on Instagram, hinting that it was “too little too late” for him to realize how “amazing” she was.

Daniella’s earlier tweet alarmed her followers, with one concern that fan wrote, “all okay danniella,” with another commenting that they were “confused.”

However, when more fans responded, Danniella quickly deleted the post and did not reference it further on the platform.

But the star quickly sent a thinly veiled message to her former fiancé on Instagram, hinting at the end of their romance.

Danniella shared a quote that read, “He’ll regret the day he hurt her, but by then she’ll be with the man who knew she was amazing all along.”

She then added the words “Too little too late” next to a kissing emoji.

The actress was clearly in a reflective mood as she shared some inspiring quotes.

In August, it was announced that Danniella had separated from her fiancé David after six years of dating.

She’s said to be “devastated” by the split, but has reasoned it’s the best decision for herself and her career.

A spokesperson confirmed to the Mirror: ‘We can confirm that Danniella has indeed broken up with her partner.

“The decision has not been taken lightly and it is a decision she believes is best for her and her career at the moment.
